...Has anyone heard of any reformulation on tauer fragrances from 2021 - 2022 ? I recently got a new bottle of Au Coeur but it seems rather weak compared to my decants i had previously from 2019 batches. Not only that it's weaker it smells a bit off in the opening, very vegetable, then turns siruppy, and it's kinda too sweet in the drydown, it has the l ' air DNA but is absolutely not dry at all, it's very sweet and the performance is total garbage, after 3 hours it is a skin scent. I heard some people complain about l'air du desert latest batches but i don't know if it's confirmed, i emailed Andy to ask about the batches or reformulations but he never answered.

...My birthday is coming up and I being a fraghead I want to treat myself to a high quality perfume. Unfortunately samples and decants are very hard to come by in my country so my choice will be a blind buy based on what I've read online and my personal taste.I would like to ask the community to help weigh in on my decision. Here is some context:My absolute favorite fragrance is Dior Homme Intense and Parfum which I own both. I am not a big fan of freshies.The fragrances I'm interested in getting are:YSL Tuxedo: I got a chance to test Moustache last year and I remember loving it, I hear it's a clone so if it's really close Tuxedo seems like a good choice. I also like to gravitate around private designer scents.MFK Grand Soir: I own BR540 and Oud Satin mood and I love both of them. MFK has never disappointed me so far and I'm based on the notes Grand Soir seems like a good choice as I am a fan of amber and vanilla. Only downside is I can't sample it anywhere and have no idea what the dna is like.Armani Privé Iris Celadon: No way to sample this one either but the notes remind me of dior homme intense.I am excited to hear your thoughts!

...Hi there. No, the perfume design is not important to me because it's what's inside that really counts. I am not one to leave my perfumes out on a dressing table, they are mostly hidden away in a cupboard or wardrobe so nobody sees them anyway. I do that to keep them away from light and heat as advised.I have bought perfumes in the past through liking the bottle design only to dislike the actual scent. And it works both ways. Looks can be deceptive.

...MDbobHi all. I’m new here. Ok so I travel all over Mexico and Central America for my work. I am in varied climates and environments. Temperate to ridiculously hot and humid. From cities and towns to tropical rainforests and beaches. So, my question is, what works in EXTREMELY hot and humid climates for an active man? I’m talking about a climate where you sweat Just sitting in the shade. Many of the usual summer recs still seem to be a bit much for daytime (especially for outdoors). I have Allure Sport Extreme which seems to work fine for tropical evenings if not too hot (Also, Marly Layton if I’ll be in air conditioning or maybe on a date at night and not sweating my ass off.). My fall/winter fragrances I use when in the temperate highlands during winter. But I want something for those outdoor, ridiculously hot and sweaty days. Something that still gets compliments and good longevity if possible. I've got three for you:- Eau de Guerlain...long lasting for a citrus fragrance.- Cologne Sologne- Eau de Cologne...this one is absolutely brilliant!

...FantasmargDoes anybody have a suggestion for a dry woody fragrance that features no smoke/moss/fruits? While I have smelled some really nice "forest" scents that are quite balsamic or coniferous I am now looking for something simpler and less "dark" smelling.I am not so good with notes, but I think what I am looking for is probably Cedar. I tried Tam Dao EDP today and found it quite similar to what I am looking for, a bit flat but in a very calm way. Would love to try more options though! It’s been tricky because we have very different taste in fragrance. I really love vetiver, woodsy, oud, musk, bamboo, sandalwood, bergamot. I have been known to wear men’s or unisex fragrances. Some of my favourites are: Le Labo Rose 31, Creed Aventus for him, Creed Aventus for her, Armani Babylon (the old formula) dolce and Gabbana light blue. My husband loves anything super sweet. Think Brittany Spears perfume, or pink sugar body spray. He also likes coco Chanel mademoiselle.I would love to find something that we both like :)You might also like to try Coromandel, Sycomore, 31 Rue Cambon, and Eau de Cologne from Chanel. Trip to Chanel Boutique is always fun, and they are typically never stingy in sharing samples. Hope you find a common ground.

I try not to use such a perfume if the chemistry is too much. The perfume should be beautiful and should have therapeutic value.
