The most beautiful gourmand of all time
As of today, I am the proud owner of this truly unique fragrance... when I sprayed it on for the first time, I was blown away... I have never smelled a gourmand fragrance as perfect as this one! I'm really a fan of gourmand fragrances and have smelled a lot... but this perfect interplay of fragrance notes is really like a symphony for the nose: everything really fits together perfectly and results in an interplay of the master class like in a classical concert..
The opening (the overture) is a hazelnut like I have never smelled before, incredibly fine and smooth and not pungent, it caresses the nose with such a seductively delicate sweetness and makes you want more, absolutely not overwhelming and sticky but so incredibly elegant.
After a few minutes, the iris butter creeps in, which is cushioned on a light bed of vanilla with a few individual delicately scented rose petals, and a hint of jasmine scent comes through the window and tickles the nose in an incredibly pleasant way. The hazelnut note remains throughout the fragrance and is the main protagonist along with the vanilla and light floral tones.
Overall, this perfume is an olfactory masterpiece and you can't get enough of it. Absolutely not a gourmand headache candidate. I see it as absolutely suitable for everyday wear but you can also wear it very well in the office.
The sillage and durability are overwhelming and you should be careful with the dosage. 3-4 sprays are enough to enchant your surroundings!
This limited edition from London is definitely worth it for all gourmand lovers! In summary, an elegant gourmand from the house of Ormond Jayne
