Animalixic apple
I had recently ordered "Animalix" by Aaron Terence Hughes. In addition, I got two samples of "Daddy" and "Homme". Both I found very interesting from the beginning. But, it's already been mentioned here, you have to be careful. His scents are extremely potent. Even the tiniest sample should be enough to wear two or three times.
The beginning of "Daddy" is very fruity and a bit creamy. I'm not too big of a fan of fruity scents. But the apple is very well done. At this point, "Daddy" can be described as gourmand.
As time goes on, though, things get wilder. The oud comes out quite well, I think, but is comparatively tame. The spiciness of the nutmeg is noticeable, but not overpowering.
But there's something else. Something I'm already familiar with. I mentioned "Animalix" above. This fragrance is not meant to be worn on its own, but to be layered with other perfumes. I'm very sure there's Animalix in here, because occasionally a strong waft of it comes to my nose. Maybe it's used to simulate the skin accord. Anyway, the mixture is special, but in my opinion very successful
