A little Japanese spring in Italy
My signature summer fragrance 2019 was for me quite clearly "Sakura" from AdP. A surprise from Italy that really stays in your nose. Acqua di Parma rocks a new page with its "Signatures of the Sun" Collection. Transparent flacons with black label and golden writing. Fits the rest. Simple and noble but also more expensive than the yellow or blue squad in the assortment. The other self-confident offshoots of this collection should also be appreciated for their looks. (Camelia, Osmanthus, Vaniglia and Yuzu). Osmanthus was also high on my list this year.
To the fragrance itself:
This is how quality smells from start to finish. Sakura generally doesn't smell like every scent out there. This fragrance makes it different and really good. Light, sublime, eye-catching and flowery. This fragrance is not off the peg and immediately indicates that it has class. One smells here that this smell will not be so favorably to be acquired. A scent of quality must first be able to achieve this. Here one gets mediated rather to wear Dior or Chanel Cotour. Bravissima AdP.
Opulent open the soft mandarin and is followed by a kind of mild honeydew. A sparkling golden yellow bergamot sweetness. But it doesn't last too long. It is replaced by a noble freshness. This freshness carries the colors Sakura flowers pink, white, light blue, but also yellow/orange. There's nothing Cyrtrically angry or colognesque about it.
I don't feel the pepper much. Everything makes him quite feminine in the beginning and then he swings into a unisex scent. Gentle men dare you!
The Sakura flower simulated here is rather a young green rose, almond blossom, marzipan, cream, pink chewing gum ala Hubba Bubba and cotton candy. Light musk ala Micallef is extremely valuable. The fragrance doesn't seem 1 second heavy! So in good German stay fresh and flowery white all day long. A clean scent for Japanese majesties.
Everything never gets in the way anywhere. Gently woven and sealed. What a perfume! The creepy thing is the veil you pull behind you. You want to talk to such people, covet them, embrace them. It's magical.
I can't get that smell of green almonds out of my head.
Smell inexperienced customers could nastily call him a flowery marzipan water based on musk.
But at Parfumo we don't think that one-dimensionally. We are kidnapped into a simulated Japan in April, in Osaka, where all the Sakura trees bloom. We are prince or princess all in white and we wander through a sweet-fresh rain of flowers. You can already tell I'm not very good with the kitschy.
Just let yourself be kidnapped. Experience royal lightness. I got the 180 ml bottle right away.
Let's see if I still want to share some of it.
If I give nothing, 20 and 100 ml are also available
