Nice H/S Upgrade
In its nature, Colonia Il Profumo Millesimato is very similar to Colonia Il Profumo. A beautifully soft fragrance with warm citrus notes on dry wood.
However, the Millesimato differs in its strength from its fragrance brother. While Colonia Il Profumo shines with its soft Petitgrain, the Millesimato impresses with an orange leaf-rosemary booster. The effect enhances sillage and longevity, aligning with the current trend of increased performance in fragrances. The scent remains balanced but feels a bit too potent, too deliberate for me.
Regardless of the price, I would choose Colonia Il Profumo. Although the performance suffers, it is manageable. Considering the almost double price, I personally prefer to spray a little more if needed.
It is and remains a sunny, Italian DNA that is convincing. However, Colonia Il Profumo remains my favorite.
