Infuse Akro 2024

At first spray I’m getting powdery florals with some green facets and something a bit sweet and creamy. This is a fresh, kind of stemmy, floral with a moderately strong projection. Hmmm, the florals are taking on a fruity-honeyed tone, making me think it may be osmanthus. It’s got that sweet nectarine or apricot drizzled with honey scent that I associate with the flower.

I just tested “Crush” and was so disappointed with how generic it was. “Infuse”, however, is a bit more inspiring. It’s the type of light floral that would shine in the spring and is very wearable and inoffensive.

Well, an hour and a half on and it’s mostly faded. That’s another thing I’ve found disappointing about the Akro fragrances I’ve tried—they tend to be exceedingly fleeting. Perhaps I could forgive some of them for being boring if they performed really well, but the combination of the two basically ruins the experience for me.

Very interesting scent. I have to wear it more to make up my mind about whether I like it, but it's really nice on first wear. The tea and apricot accords stick around for ages in the drydown, and they are creamy and beautiful. I didn't get anything resembling mildew or a basement, so I don't get those references, but I guess it is not a safe blind buy if others do.
Later edit: This is actually a very strange perfume... I cannot get myself to wear it, and yet whenever I smell it from the sample bottle, I can't get myself to give it away. It intrigues me. I don't know if my nose will "mature" for it, it is an enigma for me at the moment.

Another beautiful interpretation of osmanthus blended with green, white floral and earthy notes.
I really like it. The first hour shouts out tea and osmanthus notes (green and bitter) White flowers to follow, together with a woody and delicious touch. White flowers explodes as the beautiful smell of tea keeps on rise.
A perfume that speaks bold and stands out!

Very aptly named. It really smells like an herbal infusion with bergamot bringing it close to the Earl Grey effect at times. And the guaiac wood that gives it that drier, woody effect. In the base some Ambrox and Vetiver. I really like it.
Elegant and usable all year round. Akro really a very good brand.
