Overripe and unusual!

It is late summer, the flesh of the fruit is so ripe that it threatens to burst.
However, which fruits are involved is only speculation.

So does the fragrance progression - it is straightforward and yet, on closer inspection, one discovers new shades, or nuances.

Maaaaaamaaaaaa, who died and was left to rot?

No, kiddos! This is the ultimate no-go. Help, I always thought pomace stinks, but Pulp tops even that.

Whoever detects something fruity here must have a disturbed sense of smell. SORRY, no offense, don't take it personal. This here is simply a mashed fruitbasket, left to rot for four days. The flies are buzzing around.

To make things worse a bitter note comes through, not being able to get rid of the allover rotten smell. And it has a staying power that devils brew. I really had problems to clean the back of my hand of the smell without rubbing the skin of.

No, thank you, not for me.

This fragrance smells on my skin like gathered fruit, just not good at all. In addition, there is a biting bergamot. Really the worst fragrance I have ever smelled on me, I was really sick of. Even before the Xerjoff Ebra Pura I already found disgusting.
There are certainly people on whom he smells good and pleasant but on me horror. Has always to do with the personal PH value

A bit of balance.

I'm testing this stuff right at the moment. My opinion could change by tomorrow.

I'm in the middle of testing quite a few of the Byredo line, Pulp definitely stands out in terms of sillage. The other scents to test just could not compete. This leads me to think that it is very difficult to be ambivalent to this fragrance.

I'm not sure about fig, I find it a very difficult note, in that I cannot decide if I like of hate it. The opening of Pulp is bombastic and demands of the attention. A combination of Bergamot and the the Fig assaulting the senses. It was a close call whether I washed the stuff off, but I persevered. Currently I'm experiencing something sweet and green, not unpleasant.

I think I'll try this one again.

The splendour of fruit

When spraying on this fragrance is unlike anything I know.
On the skin, a pure fruit explosion takes place first. I notice here the peel of a sour apple, tangy bergamot and then pleasantly bitter currant. Underpinned is this fragrance spectacle of discreet cardamom and a proper fructose sweetness.
Here I must immediately think of summer and southern, juicy fruit, which is quite true to the name of the perfume. Later I perceive a sweet mint in combination with fig, whereby the apple rather recedes. Still, the fragrance remains tart, as the currant is very dominant. A discreet peach touch compliments the fresh fruit splendor and lets this become lovely-floral in the finish.

The composition is very complex. Individual notes blend into a euphoric and fruity whole. This even has taste substance and encourages dreamy wanderlust. For me, Pulp is a relatively feminine fragrance, which I like as such extremely well.
