Now This is NEROLI!

I love Neroli. It is one of my favorite notes. So, whenever I see a perfume that is Neroli dominant, I'm there. I must have tried dozens of Neroli fragrances, with lots of loves, and lots of duds, along the way. But out of all that I've tried, Clean Acqua Neroli is hands down my favorite Neroli fragrance to date. It is such a rich, full-bodied, fresh and clean scent. There are some fragrances that have it all and leave you totally satisfied. This is one of them. Whoever the perfumer was who created this didn't miss a beat. This smells as wonderful on first spray, and throughout its hours and hours of wear, (10 hours), right until the very end when it finally becomes a skin scent. This is NEROLI. Every other note is there just to accentuate that clean, creamy, lightly citric, sweet floral note. The whole composition is a deluxe sensuous experience. Best yet, it is all natural too. This is an off the rails big, BIG, love for me. Seems like my search is over. I've finally found the perfect Neroli fragrance for me.

Flower Water

I got this in a Clean sample set from (I think) Marshall's and that's really the only reason I'm sampling this. I LOVE the bright citrus in the opening, but I don't like super heady florals, which make up the main body of this fragrance. The citrus is present enough to keep me from completely disliking this, but those notes really lose their strength after about five minutes (understandable since citrus notes are more volatile and evaporate faster). It really does smell like flower water. There's also a note very similar to Warm Cotton [Reserve Blend] in here too. Not wholly bad but definitely not my cup of tea, especially since heady florals are one of the (very few) fragrance notes that can trigger headaches for me

Clean Citrus

I'm usually not the biggest fan of florals but neroli is one of the floral notes I actually *do* like, so I think this scent is nice! It starts off with a strong hit of citrus, but it quiets down pretty quickly. It turns into a fresh, clean, and musky smelling scent. I can definitely detect the neroli and orange blossom, but I think it leans more clean and musky than floral.

This is very much a skin scent and it doesn't project very well, so it's inoffensive. The longevity is just okay as well.

This reminds me of a combination of mouthwash my father used to use, and expensive deodorant. It's not a bad fragrance, but a little boring. Less of a fragrance, and more of a clean bathroom smell. I do enjoy the freshness and the neroli to amber shift. There's a pleasant muskiness to it that lingers a bit that makes it perfect for day wear, morning office meetings, coffee shop runs, etc.

Sought / Found - finally!

Wonderful warming yet almost fresh neroli scent. Light, enveloping, and so very contemporary. One instantly feels transported to old alleys, smells the sea, and forgets the time. This is how I want to smell, now and throughout the whole summer.....
