I've Never Known Rain to Smell Like This, Have You?

The name of this scent has little to do with how it actually smells. It's like Clean took their clean dryer sheets aroma and added some juicy fruit notes (pineapple?) and voila -- rain, right? Well, ok. It's not a terrible scent, just misnamed, and one that makes me occasionally faintly nauseous. As time goes on the laundry dryer sheets feel fades somewhat, becoming less chemically and more warm. It hangs on, still smelling the same at hour nine, as a skin scent. Is it clean? Yes. Is it rain? No. Then again, I guess you have to be open to some kind of artistic license here. Still, I wouldn't wear this again and if this smell came hurtling out of the sky at me I'd run away in mad confusion, feeling faintly nauseous the whole time.

Full bottle worthy

I had this years ago, and decluttered it when I had a fit and got rid of all my perfumes because I no longer wanted to be a collector of things (LOL). Anyhow, since I have decided to slowly get back into fragrance, I picked up a travel size of this to see if I still like it. I do. Although it doesn't have the best projection, I still really enjoy it even though I have to overspray. It is a great, clean and fresh fragrance that makes me happy. I will be picking up a full bottle when my travel spray is done.

Humid Summer Evening

This is a beautiful fragrance that reminds me of watching the sun set after a rainy summer day. It kicks off with a very bright citrusy cucumber that sweetens, softens, and develops a dewy aquatic note over time. Perfect for warmer months! Nice and fresh without being screechy. I think it's a *touch* feminine but it is for sure a unisex fragrance.

Shower fresh

This smells like a luxurious shampoo, it is very fresh and pretty. Surprisingly I do not get a lot of citrus, I seem to be very sensitive to citrus notes and I am glad to see that the bergamot is not overpowering the fragrance. I really like the cucumber note, it adds a cool/green note that is very unique. Overall this is a pretty and pleasant perfume, but the longevity is terrible. I feel I can barely smell it after 15 minutes. The beautiful top notes disappear almost immediately.

Bright & Wet

This scent is innocuous but interesting. I purchased a bottle after smelling it a few times because it seemed like a suitable work scent. It’s very “wet” but smells clean to my nose because the citrus cuts through the dampness of it. It claims to have spicy elements but I don’t detect them at all which is fine for my intended use. For a moment after purchasing I was on the fence about it but after wearing it a couple of times, I really enjoy the faint scent left behind after a full day. It also takes me back to late 90s/early 00s scents which makes it feel nostalgic for me.
