Weird

This is a really subtle fragrance which is nice because I'm not a huge fan of the way it smells and I'm too lazy to get up and wash it off. These florals and woods come together for to make something that smells off-putting but I can't quite my finger on why. It's not wholly terrible but not necessarily a pleasant fragrance either, but I also just don't love white florals. The woods were done very well though and I do enjoy those notes.

Uniquely Summer Elegant

I can't help but praise my absolute favorite fragrance this summer once again.
I ordered it blind about 1.5 years ago at a truly unbeatable price, was only semi-convinced at first, and thought it just smelled like sunscreen, and maybe something undefinable...
But I kept spraying it from time to time.
I quickly realized that it made me very happy when I caught a whiff of that elegant coconut-charcoal cloud.

I know.. coconut-charcoal sounds absurdly unsexy and bizarre. But I find that the charcoal note comes through incredibly strong, and because of that, the coconut somehow becomes softer and less intrusive. It feels cleaner, as the scent has no salt note compared to, for example, Beach Walk by Replica.
I see the freshly showered woman walking along the beach at a pleasant 25 degrees at 8:00 PM on a summer vacation evening.

It is the perfect scent for me when I want to smell like summer, but at the same time just clean and well-groomed.
And I often catch myself walking over to my shelf just to smell the bottle, as the fragrance has absolutely enchanted me.
I can only recommend giving it a chance!

Very nice

I think this is really a beautiful subtle fragrance. For me, it’s more creamy and woody - I can’t really smell much of the orange and bergamot at the forefront! But I like it very much! It’s close to the skin but well noticeable and also very long-lasting. I can’t agree that it disappears after 5 minutes. I also suspect that ISO E is included, and thus the fragrance definitely needs to be on the skin to unfold! It can even be smelled on clothes and fabrics the next day! The only thing I’m not sure about and somewhat hesitant about whether it will become MY fragrance in the long run is coconut. It’s very subtle, but...…….

Not a perfume at all

In my statement, I had already complained about the - let’s say: very delicate - structure of the fragrance. And I regretted this fact immensely because what little I could smell I liked very much.

For this reason, I was happy to participate in the sharing recently. Thanks to Strangelove for discovering this great offer and organizing the sharing!

After testing the fragrance more extensively, my impression is that this very restraint is the concept of the scent. Like Supi, I would also suspect that Iso E Super is the actual main player of the fragrance. A substance that, based on my still limited experience, I can indeed appreciate. In Lalique's "Perles," this component fascinates me greatly. Solar Bloom has a quality that Perles also possesses: the scent resurfaces unexpectedly just when you thought it had completely vanished.

Solar Bloom evokes a woody freshness with a slight sweetness of coconut water with the first impression. Orange blossom is almost completely lost on me, and I cannot perceive bergamot or any other citrus freshness.

For me, it is still a beautiful summer scent, not a vacation scent, no South Sea or Mediterranean feeling, but rather: childhood by the Isar. The scent of sun on Isar pebbles (yes, they have a smell!), mixed with dried driftwood, and occasionally a piece of charred wood from one of the many barbecue spots that the last flood has scattered across the gravel bank. And above all: sun on the skin!

A magical scent, delicate and shimmering, disappearing far too quickly and unexpectedly reminding me of itself throughout the rest of the day.

I am now looking forward to "Nue au Soleil" and hope that the sharing will take place. Perhaps also a Isar scent?
