A black kitty leaving no tracks

Today I was at one of my favourites drugstores and I was tainted by this scent which was on sale : the black packaging and the image of the feline inspired me a sexy and intense fragrance, very feminin and a little "wild": the bottle too, particular and hemispherical, with its fumé glass was an invitation to spray what there was inside. I was ready to smell something powerful. But....it wasn't so! a pleasant but light grapefruit note tickled my nose, then I smelled a gentle flowery bouquet but nothing vibrant or intoxicating. Finally, I was expecting to smell strong and warm base notes , but there was only a pale ghost of musk and synthetical amber , very watered-down. The scent lasted on the mouillette and on my skin too only a few seconds and then evaporated immediately!
What a disappointment! The wild and sexy feline was in the reality a gentle and shy black kitty which doesn't leave any track at its passage. i'm sorry, but I 'm not going to waste my money for a scent so evanescent.
Anyway, if you want to try an inoffensive office or leisure scent , that's your perfume!

Fresh Powder for Spring

I must say upfront that the somewhat bulky-looking dark, curved bottle in which this fragrance is filled has almost nothing to do with the scent itself.
From its pure appearance, the nose (as is typical for us humans) expects a heavy, floral-amber-laden "dark" fragrance. But the opposite is true for "Ungaro Feminin," of which I own a 95 ml "block".
IT SMELLS bright and friendly to me, floral yes, but in a spring-like casual way.
It is somewhat sweet, but this sweetness leans, especially at the start, more towards a fresh-berry direction, supported by delicate peony.
Violets, iris, and possibly a hint of hyacinth evoke thoughts of "full spring," when the garden is full of floral dreams. Especially in shades of blue. With silvery shimmering grasses as accents.
This "garden scent" IS powdery; it doesn't just pretend to be. However, there is no trace of "dusty dryness"; it's "creamy powder"....
In the so-called "base scent," amber is also included, which, together with fresh woods and light musk, feels fluffy light and warm. It can be seen, or rather smelled, as a "woolen jacket" for cool spring days. As a "warmer for the ice saints." However, the overall impression of the EdP is a "greeting to spring" and gives a sunny disposition.
The longevity and sillage are better for me than stated "above".
Conclusion: Let no one be deceived by a BOTTLE, test the whole thing,
Sometimes something smells completely different than it LOOKS. (Well, "visual people".... haha!!)
