Pretty, creamy and luxurious
Like the name tells: this is very tender Roses, not sweet anyway, very enjoyable, stylish, classy and seductive. Rose water keeps it transparent and not creamy. it turns out a bit powdery but not a dry or make up powdery one. Suede accord is extremely subtle, barely noticeable. The scent stays very close to the skin but lasts 6-7 hours.

There is not Tea, nor Vanilla or Heliotrope mentioned officially (mentioned elsewhere), but I think the combination of Peach juice accord, slightly sweet Petalia note and Sandalwood makes it feel like it had vanilla in it. What comes to Vanilla, before writing this and checking the notes I was thinking like that as well first but after wearing it more it doesn’t have that kind of aroma since the scent is utterly fresh and clean. It evolves into softer and more like velvety texture.

Devil Tender is suitable for all ages imo. It’s excellent for the office. This is not a confident booster though, it rather makes you feel very pretty and young even if it't not a juvenile scent. Like most of ex Nihilos, it screams a quiet luxury.

Top: Pink Grapefruit, Pink Pepper, Peach juice accord
Heart: Rose Water, Bulgarian Rose, Petalia
Base: Suede accord, White Cedarwood, Sandalwood

This review is based on a sample after multiple wears. The scent is full bottle worthy for me and I may will edit this review later.

Thank you for reading, I hope you liked my review and it was helpful.

The Leather Rose
Thanks to a dear friend, I received this fragrance as a small sample. It is my first Ex Nihilo scent, and I was curious about what to expect. Purely based on the fragrance pyramid, I probably would never have bought it, as rose scents are difficult for me.
That doesn't mean I don't like fragrances with roses, but when there's too much rose in a scent, I immediately think of my grandmother. Well, I still wanted to test it.

Since I cleanse my face with rose water, a familiar scent greeted me right away, as I initially perceive spiced rose water, which feels very refreshing. I don't pick up much from the grapefruit. After a few minutes, the peony comes to the forefront. It now smells very refined, like an exquisite sweet rose lotion, accompanied by a spiciness from the leather, and overall it becomes "creamier." Now it smells warm yet fresh to me, like a slightly creamy "leather rose" with a hint of spice.

Overall, it's not a bad scent, but for me, it's more suited for "older" individuals. I probably won't use up this small sample, but I'm glad I got to know it.

The Devil Wears Nada
"Devil Tender" is a summery, everyday rose fragrance that I honestly expected a bit more from. Strictly speaking. It is very well made and in parts also seductive, but for the most part, it plays down a concept that, to be fair, is nearly perfect and extremely high-quality, which has been overplayed in the women's mainstream for years. And there is nothing devilish about it... Whether one can blame this on a very good fragrance is another matter...

Ex Nihilo has created a kind of conclusion for the spring-fresh rose scent here. As if rose meets Sprite - only in a luxurious and all-encompassing expensive way. You have to get grapefruit and rose in such quality to the noses or on the skin first. It often comes off as cheap and flat so quickly. Here, you are dealing with a different league. Simple but nearly perfect in concept. Cheerful, sunny, in a good mood without being intrusive. So, if you don't have to worry about money and are looking for a noble, elegant, and yet exceptionally wearable rose for the upcoming warmer months - here it is!

Bottle: royal, heavy, expensive
Sillage: rather tame... or is that camouflage?
Longevity: solid 7 hours

Conclusion: a rather tame but extremely high-quality, rounded rose fragrance. Watery, zesty, playful. If this is a little devil, she has camouflaged herself devilishly well... Rather naive and youthful. Despite a slight peppery sprinkle. But from an extremely good house. No doubt.

The Devil with the Rose Head
She is beautiful and many men turn to look at her, but still she is lonely, for she has yet to find true love.
Often she dreams of an attractive stranger who will enter her life when she least expects it........!
She is a bit shy, so it would never occur to her to make the first move with a man.

One day she came home exhausted from work; it had been yet another long and tiring day, and she longed for a bubble bath with rose petals, for she loved roses above all.
As she stood in front of her apartment door, something caught her attention........a light pink rose was stuck to the doorknob.
She searched in vain for a corresponding message, but the enchanting scent reached her nose and made her a little dizzy.
Who was the secret rose cavalier? Had he perhaps mistaken her door and she was not the intended recipient?
She took the rose into her apartment and placed it in a vase.

In the following days, the vase filled up, as every day of the next week she found a new rose at her door.
Her thoughts revolved only around the mysterious stranger, and she was torn between romantic feelings and fear.
On the eighth day, there was no pink rose; no, this time she was greeted by a fully bloomed deep red peony that smelled absolutely intoxicating and completely clouded her senses.
Additionally, there was a small, beautifully wrapped package on the doormat, with a little note attached.
With trembling fingers, she opened the envelope and read the letter:
“Please wear the scent tonight when I come to you, your tender devil.”
She opened the package and found a beautiful bottle with a pink liquid inside, an unfamiliar fragrance that she eagerly sprayed on herself.
The scent greeted her fresh; for a moment she thought she smelled rhubarb, but no, it was pink grapefruit with a splash of peach juice, delicious and refreshing.
Quickly, this sprightliness gave way to a fine creaminess, and there they were, the lovely roses and the peony that had swept her into a whirlpool of romantic feelings for days.
A subtle woodiness rounded off the fragrance, a tiny hint of a light suede glove still clung to the bottle, which the “tender devil” had held in his hands before.

No one had ever given her something so beautiful, and when the doorbell rang, she already sensed that this could be the beginning of an exciting relationship..........!

Reminds me a little bit of the Chloe EdP. Nice enough but not my type of scent and not worth niche prices.

Like you just stepped out of the shower & used your fave shampoo. Very pretty but not special. Minimal projection. Would wear to the office.

The scent derives its charm from the contrast between sour grapefruit notes and soft rose fragrance. Plus pepper and wood. It's something!

So familiar. Here we have a scent twin to Havana pour Elle by Aramis. Youth flashback - where's my tennis racket?

Rose pepper powder on peony rose heart, gently wrapped in creamy leather. Bright woods enhance the rosy-elegant peach accord. Favorite

Peony and spicy cedar set the tone here. It's less feminine than the pyramid suggests. It's quite refined.

The devil has fire under his butt, is pink, and sips grapefruit soda. Fantastic - zesty - refreshing - wonderfully cheeky and feminine!

This invigorating peppery rose lasts a long time on me, I prefer to wear it in cooler temperatures. The scent is especially lovely outdoors.
