Spring green
Despite the name, Viper Green is a relatively harmless scent. Characteristics like airy, fresh and clean come to mind. With its green and floral notes and its low intensity, this would make a proper spring fragrance.

The florals in this fragrance feel a bit common, not to say generic - soft, puffy indistinct petals - but they match nicely with the greener tones and that musky freshness. There is a clear lily-of-the-valley for a top note, which has a sharp edge to it. For a moment I thought this was going towards Envy Eau de Toilette . But as soon as those other florals emerge, the lily-of-the-valley fades out fast and the scent loses most of its sharpness. The end state is a greenish iris-vetiver-musk blend.

With me, green florals are always a sure hit. Viper Green's scent profile does not really stand out, but the general sense of quality and comfort makes up for that. If I did not already have a few similar perfumes, this would be a good candidate.

Fresh and Green
In the past, when I used to do this, I sometimes wrote regular perfume comments during my usual S-Bahn ride. Difficult now in Covid times, because the control sniffer on my wrist could get me into trouble with the potential control sniffer or at least provoke the unwillingness of other passengers, so I’d better wait until I feel unseen.
So, green-fresh first, not surprisingly. Ah, lily of the valley, very clear. What does the pyramid say about my impression? Nothing.
Nothing says the lily of the valley, Rosyfolia says it, but that doesn’t mean anything to me. I look it up and learn that this fragrance is supposed to smell similar to my lily of the valley. So very similar, I’d like to note here. Quite the same, one could say. Good that I could verify that. It’s also difficult, looking out the window I should be seeing November according to the calendar, which is acting like early October right now, but even that wouldn’t be a time for lily of the valley...
I now have to overcome some metaphorical hurdles or take some curves to get back to the perfume.
Lily of the valley is toxic, like...well? Vipers, for example.
This viper thus stuns its potential victims with a small but sufficient dose of lily of the valley poison, slithers into the tall grass to wait hidden for the effect to take place. That’s how it lathers its candidates, the cunning snake. Of course, soapy notes come into play here, and now beyond that my S-Bahn finally arrives and I have to act briefly in reality. Sitting down would be appropriate. So. Back to the green viper. What were they actually aiming for with the toxic title? Anyone looking for something fitting to the title will be disappointed; anyone looking for something else wouldn’t choose a green viper. Either way, it doesn’t add up. Fresh, green, floral-soapy it smells here - I think I’m currently unseen and quickly sniff through the fabric mask - yes, that’s right. A subtle bitterness protects against floral heaviness or lushness and keeps the whole thing in spring.
And what’s with the snake? I feel like Eve in that strange garden, I don’t think much of it...

Green Forests and Summer Rain.
First of all, I usually absolutely dislike "green" perfumes. You could actually chase me with them. That's why the small sample of this fragrance sat here for a few days before I cautiously sprayed it on. What a positive surprise. I am simply enchanted by this very, very green scent, which, although it doesn't suit my type, smells incredibly heavenly.

When I went for a walk with my dog yesterday morning, I was enveloped the whole time in a green and wonderfully fragrant bubble. After I had walked a few hundred meters from home, a lady on her bicycle came up from behind. She stopped and said that I smelled unbelievably good. She could smell me from afar and mentioned that she rarely had smelled such a wonderful fragrance. So the sillage on my skin is definitely on point. I could smell myself all day, and even after the shower, a hint of the scent was still detectable on my skin. So, excellent longevity as well.

The fragrance smells like the forests and grass after rain in summer. Like freshly mown grass and a hint of summer flowers in the meadow. It's like inhaling fresh air in the woods on a cool late summer morning after the rain. It smells exactly like the perfume looks, green and herbal, in the truest sense of the word.

The scent starts off very, very green and very fresh. The angelica root gives the fragrance a beautifully herbal note. The scent is also slightly soapy and reminds me in the opening of a particular green hand soap from my childhood that I loved to smell. Green and slightly spicy. In the drydown, the fragrance becomes creamier and increasingly powdery due to the iris. But it remains green. In the base, the vetiver and an earthy yet soft patchouli are very noticeable.

An incredibly beautiful fragrance, and if you are the type for green perfumes, you should definitely test this scent. I'm just not that type, but I spray a tissue with the fragrance daily and sniff it all day long. So heavenly...

Feel-Good Fragrance
Viper Green has been on my wish list for a long time, but I haven't quite managed to make the purchase yet. Actually, I fell in love with it from the very first moment.
What comes to my mind with this scent? Fresh laundry, a sea of blossoms, powder, and a certain warm resinous tone is also present... If the fragrance were a color, it would be a soft pink-light green in my world. It also reminds me a bit of lily of the valley. It's interesting how it develops. The delicate, fresh top note, which I really, really like, gradually transforms into the earthy tone.
I am a bit surprised that this perfume is not rated higher. Is it because of the patchouli? In any case, I will add it to my collection someday (even though the price is a bit high).

Green-Floral Clean Man Scent par excellence
Viper Green is a truly well-crafted fragrance.
Green-floral and that par excellence.

Admittedly, I tend to see this scent more on a woman, but it can definitely be worn by a man (in a subtle dose). A woman can apply more. It just fits better, but that’s my personal feeling.

Somehow, I associate this scent with a warm day in a summer garden. Flowers everywhere and the beautiful greenery around.

As the fragrance develops, it also becomes increasingly powdery.
I had read about green powder in the statements, and that really fits. Greenish-floral powder.

In short, green, floral, slightly fresh, and powdery towards the end.

Unfortunately, not quite for me, but I can tell how well it is made.
Beautifully crafted!

Crisp, fresh, dewy green. I get hints of cut grass but maybe because that's what I was looking for. Something sharp or synthetic bug me tho.

Smells totally 70s to me. Unripe flowers, galbanum, and other greenery create a classic scent. I like it.

Refreshing cool, green-floral with a hint of rose aroma. Not really my thing, but it seems very well made. Ambitious price.

Lily of the valley? Where is it, please? Viper is toxic green. Fresh, bright, juicy. As if you’re "biting into grass." Galbanum spicy warm. Green patch.

Should I like this? A fresh, leaf-green, grass-fresh scent (top note) with flowers (heart note) and a synthetic background.
