...awakens the Japanese woman in you!
This is a short comment. Not because the fragrance is so meaningless, but...well, the typical aquaallegoria durability and general performance. As a "nose" I am more spoiled, so a "smellability" of about 3 hours does not really satisfy me. But these 3 hours the scent is: beautiful! And if I were Japanese, and not Original German with shoe size 42 and just Brachialduftliebhaberin, I would shyly smile and with almond-eyed eyes look at this fragrance love and me at its fresh, innocent aura refresh, while I on tiny shoe size 35 feet through the cherry blossom forest tippeln.
In the lightning test he had with me the 1st place of the 3 new Aqua Allegorias, but in the long run he might not be able to hold it. The light Nashi pear sweetness is the only source of sugar, and it is so light and fruity that one cannot speak of gourmandig. Rather, the fragrance is fresh and flowery, with spring-like green sprinklings.
So sweet, so shy, so well-educated.

A cheerful and relaxed spring
Hello snoopers and welcome to a new comment from me today describing one of Guerlain's new Aqua Allegoria fragrances, Flora Cherrysia, to be exact. You may know that I generally think a lot of this series, because they are mostly loose, beautiful good mood fragrances, with whose variety there should be something for every taste!

Unfortunately, from a male point of view of course, unfortunately, most of these fragrances are of course once again only suitable for you ladies, because most of them smell quite feminine. It always makes me so jealous! Sure, you're now saying that you should use the scent you like, and that may be true, but damn it, I'm a guy! :D I don't want to smell like a flower!!! :DD

*sigh*

But... for that I can smell these great scents on a friend... well, at least theoretically, so if I had a girlfriend... which of course I don't have again, hmph...! But at least I can test the scent on myself, it's like I'm testing myself... um... argh, no, forget what I was about to say... it wasn't that important anyway! Read the description of the fragrance :D

The fragrance:
The fragrance begins wonderfully fruity fresh with floral notes. At first I smell a delicious smelling watermelon, which together with bergamot and pear smells very nice and conveys a wonderfully relaxed spring feeling. In addition, the cherry is added and adds another fruity note to the fruit. But don't worry, if you are afraid that everything could smell so squeaky, colourful and fruity now, because I think that the fruity scents are really perfumed.
A little later, the fragrance remains fruity and fresh, but now also gets more floral scents. It may be that I smell cherry blossoms here, because I generally perceive a cherry scent (but I am not so sure whether these come from cherries or from the cherry blossoms). And I'd rather not ask if cherry blossoms also smell like cherries... :DD). In addition I smell general (white) flowers as well as violets, which are however somewhat weakly turned out, nevertheless one can smell their sweetish powdery smell out nevertheless.
If the fruity notes are still clearly in the foreground at the beginning, they become weaker over time, so that in the base the floral scents are slightly stronger than the fruity ones. In addition, there are woody notes which, together with the flowers, give a somewhat "dry" impression, but the scent remains generally beautiful, even if the cherry that gives the name is harder to smell towards the end. Musk sweetens the scent a little towards the end. Oh and the scent has a slightly clean note, which almost smells soapy, which could perhaps be due to the musk just mentioned, since musk does not come across soapy, but clean from time to time.

The Sillage and the shelf life:
The Sillage is mediocre to weak, which is a bit unfortunate, because you won't smell the scent very well with others (so you have to get closer), but you know this from most summer scents as well as from the Aqua Allegoria scent series in general.
The shelf life is also medium with about five to six hours.

The bottle:
The bottle is cylindrical and has a domed top. A gilded honeycomb dress was attached to this dome, which looks very nice as always. In addition, the bottle is further enhanced by the pretty pink fragrance liquid. The lid is round and also gold-plated. All in all, the bottle is of the usual high quality, lies well in the hand and simply looks great.

Soo... yeah, that was one of the new Aqua Allegorias. I liked it a lot. Even if the fragrance wasn't really something special, I liked it already. Yeah, I'd like to smell that scent on a lady. I may not have a girlfriend at the moment, but I can only recommend it to you ladies to try it out or even use it to please your surroundings, even if the scent here is strictly speaking not a world novelty and "only" above average. Cause I'm sure he smells nice on you!

Yes, that's right. It's not a fragrance that you'd miss painfully if you were to hire it. But you certainly don't make the mistake of using it every now and then on nice spring and summer days, especially when it's in your spare time, or as a loose and unobtrusive scent at work or just for yourself. And as described, I stress again that I think that the fragrance, despite many fruity notes, is not somehow garly shrill and colorful, but rather beautiful feminine.

So a test can be worth it! And that was it then again from me, I wish you all a nice evening and until the next time :)

Japanese spring in a bottle
In the beginning it had a very strong bergamot note, which made it very reminiscent of an Asian snack. But that flies away quickly and a fresh floral scent remains. A light fragrance that you would have to spray on during the day to perceive it

The finish is not so successful
Yes, I'm still around, in case some of you still remember me. Since I feel like writing a post again today, I'll do so without further ado ;)

I have greatly reduced my collection in recent years. So much so that you can no longer call it a collection, but I prefer to have less and then just the fragrances that I like 100%.
This year the time had come and I needed a new summer fragrance. So I got out of my online shopping routine and into the store in the real world. After all, I had to discover something new and did so on a Saturday with my friend Julia, who is also a perfume enthusiast.
We made our way to our local Müller, which is very large and has a huge range of fragrances. Armed with strips of paper, we set off. I wanted something fresh and floral. If you can't find anything here, there's Douglas and various perfumeries nearby. The nose just has to hold out.

After a few strips of paper, it was pretty clear. This time I concentrated on this bee bottle series from Guerlain. I wavered between neroli and cherry blossom. After a series of tests, I had one on the left and the other on the right. We then went out for a bite to eat. I was unsure. I actually find both beautiful and suitable and when I got home, they were still beautiful and easy to smell.
As I couldn't make up my mind, I let the man decide. The choice fell on Flora Cherrysia. After a return to tried and tested samples, I ordered it online. The 125ml bottle straight away, of course, as it's a great fragrance. It arrived shortly afterwards.

So I got straight to work.
The bottle is beautiful, even if I'm not a fan of the lid. I find the cap very fiddly and I have very small hands, so that can't be the problem. It could have been done better. The rest is beautifully designed. The delicate color of the fragrance shimmers sweetly through the glass and the golden pattern. Very successful.

The fragrance starts as beautifully fresh and floral as I wanted it to. It's a really pure, delicate cherry blossom with a fresh splash of watermelon and generally very light and lovely. The ideal scent for summer. An hour passes: "Oh, that's great."
Two hours later: Same opinion.
Three hours: I like it very much. It was a good buy.
Four hours: Oh, it's almost lunchtime. A great fragrance.

But at around 2:30 pm, something happened that I hadn't expected. Julia calls it "the Abang". I don't know what's happening here, but after a few hours this fragrance develops on me in such a wrong direction that I don't want to smell it anymore. It goes from beautiful and sweet to disgusting and sticky. What develops reminds me of a deodorant that a classmate used to have. An orange one from 8x4. Extremely nasty and a lot of "I don't want to have to smell that" I don't understand what's going on here, but I don't like it. Unfortunately, because of "the finish", the fragrance has to go again. I've tried it several times. On different days of the week, weather, office or home office, it's always like this. :( The bad thing is that exactly this nuance sticks everywhere. My mouse pad smelled of it for a long time.

I'm kind of at a loss at the end of the day. What's happening here? Is it my skin? Is it the fragrance? No perfume has ever had such a drastic change on me before. I'm a bit sad and disappointed and will probably have to keep searching. In search of a cherry blossom that remains as pure and innocent as I would like it to be.

In a nutshell:
Bottle: Beautiful design, but I find the lid a little fiddly
Scent: A beautiful, clear cherry blossom at first, then it becomes really unpleasant (at least on me)
Longevity: Fair enough, had expected a little more
Build up? No. That doesn't work.
Repurchase? Absolutely not. Sorry about that.

Nice at first
The beginning smells strongly of bergamot for a fleeting moment, then it transforms into an aquatic-powdery fruit (it’s really hard to tell, though I assume it’s the watermelon because watermelon is a top note). It’s very fresh, and enjoyable at this point, but then to my disappointment, after 30 minutes, the strong smell of musky florals are prevalent, and stay that way for the majority of it’s longevity. And now, it becomes nauseating to me. It becomes way too strong, like you’re digging your nose into real, musty flowers. I think it’s the rose, because cherry blossoms are supposed to smell light, while rose has a much stronger scent. Then the dry down kind of reminds me me of baby powder (which I have no complaints) and the strong, musty florals are gone, and replaced with soft florals (violet, I think), musk, and sandalwood. If the perfume had stayed the same as the initial, I wouldn’t mind wearing it, but the middle notes deter me. By the way, this is a light fragrance that lasts decently, and should not offend anyone unless their nose is right next to your skin.

Pretty scent with a tart aftertaste. Ubiquitous white musk translates tolerably here.
