Holy smoke Batman!
This thing is SMOKY. It flirts with being straight up burning rubber, or charcoal burning in a grill, but the amber note does just enough to save it from that fate. It opens with pungent leather, accompanied by charred wood. The patchouli adds a dry, earthy dimension. Usually Indian oud gives me a sour or fruity vibe, but here it is just woody (not animalic). But the main takeaway from this attar is smoke, smoke, and more smoke. I don't know if someone can pull off wearing this entirely on its own (maybe if you're Batman himself) but I think it can be used really nicely as a smoky base, if you want to amplify a smoky note in the EDP you're layering on top of it.
