The cow makes m..

Moo? No, she doesn't get to that, because her voice fails her first. Fortunately. The opening is powerful, potent, creamy but also animalic. Even if this association is unpopular among fragrance connoisseurs, it has to be said that the first few minutes remind you of a visit to the zoo or a farm. However, the visit to the zoo ends sooner than you think and it is only with this initially strong animalic quality that an excellent sillage develops after the first half hour, signaling pure luxury. After the first hour on the wearer, the animal notes fade into the background and serve as an accelerator for all the other fragrances contained in this excellent perfume. Leather and caramel engage in a subtly smoky duel for the oud's favor. The sillage is astonishing: three puffs of this liquid treasure are enough to achieve a room-filling effect. Dosed incorrectly, this fragrance can be too intense. Applied sparingly, however, you give the fragrance the chance to unfold all its facets, which the fine spices have in store. Recommended and suitable for anyone who wants to slowly but surely get to grips with oud and also wants to own a great fragrance at an incredible price-performance ratio. And don't be afraid of the cow, she had caramel sweets for breakfast and she's in a hurry.

Lataffa surprises me again and again

I got to know the fragrance through social media and looked at the opinions of others directly on Parfumo. The few who have rated it so far are unanimous.
Incredible 8.8 rating at the time, so I didn't think twice and ordered it. It arrived today and I think it's really great.
It's creamy / slightly animalic from the start & retains this character after hours.

*Inserted update* -> The animalic character is no longer very noticeable on me personally after around 4-5 hours. The fragrance is now creamier and simply smells pleasant / pleasing.

Performance is great, I didn't really notice it after 1-2 hours but I was told earlier that you can smell it in the whole room - pleasant, not penetrating and too intrusive. How Lattafa manages to produce something like this at a ridiculously low price remains a real mystery to me. For people who already know (and like) animalic fragrances, this would probably be a pretty safe blind buy.

Then you certainly have a perfume here with which you can make your first experiences.
All in all, a very good fragrance (even considering the price), which I will be taking a closer look at over the next few days. If I notice anything else interesting, I'll post an update early next week.
