Artisanal cola gummies

Opens in a mouthwatering explosion which I can only describe as accidentally dropping a full package of ground up mulled wine spices and getting the cloud of spice dust all over yourself. Cloves, star anise, the whole shebang. Aggressive, but very earthy and immediately relaxing.

Once the initial powderiness subsided a little, fresh undertones started peeking through and blended together on me into an adorable artisanal cola smell. My partner got even luckier, his warmer skin smelled like a spicy apple cider. Absolutely delicious! I can't help but adore its whimsical almost sparkly quality.

The only downside for me is the super strong and aggressive trail. I did one spray and it immediately enveloped the whole apartment. Which is great if you love it, but going outside like this feels super inconsiderate to other people. Especially if you're going to sit in enclosed spaces. I don't wanna be the person whose entrance immediately chokes out the whole bar :(

And it's not the kind of short-lived sillage you can easily wait out. It took ~3 hours to mellow out on me, and about ~4 for my partner. It also sticks exceptionally well to clothing. ~7 hours into the experience there was just an intimate spicy aftertaste on my skin. But I could still feel most of the notes within arm's length of my partner's shirt until he threw it in the wash the next day.

A lovely and fun experience, but one that I need to schedule my whole day around to feel comfortable wearing outside of the house. And I'm very lucky to have enjoyed it! With how long-lasting and all-encompassing that sillage was — this very well could have ended up in a gigantic headache.

For some, the number 7 may simply be a number like any other, but in many regions the number 7 is said to have deep symbolism. The number 7 is a lucky number that is considered a symbol of perfection and enlightenment in many cultures. This number is also frequently used in a religious context. Examples from Christianity include the seven-day creation story, the seven virtues and the seven deadly sins. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs may also be of current interest, although critics have torn the reinterpretation of the classic to shreds. Whether the criticism of the interpretation 7 Elixir is similarly negative will be clarified in the course of this review.

Loewe was a completely unknown brand to me. I was recently sitting with my sister and staring at a framed picture of the Loewe brand. I asked casually: "Sister, what is Loewe?" She replied that it was a designer brand from Spain. This coincided with my research and the beginning of the company with leather goods, then with women's fashion and finally, in 1972, the beginning of the first perfume. 7 Eau de Toilette was the only fragrance I ever came across beforehand, but I still paid little attention to the scent as I didn't know the manufacturer.

But as luck would have it, a sample of 7 Elixir landed on my neck and my first impression is quite positive. What sounded promising was the short list of ingredients. I firmly believe that less is more when it comes to ingredient lists in the perfume world. There were only three ingredients listed on the sample pack: red peppercorn, incense absolute and red apple. Kind of strange because I can't find a note about apple anywhere else and instead chili, lemon and patchouli are listed on the internet. But no matter what it says, the fact is that the opening and the two hours that follow are the best part of the fragrance. A freshness spreads that is spicy and underpinned by pink pepper, with a hint of floral/fruity notes in the background. Right away I see a young office guy in a suit and tie in front of me. Spontaneously my first thought, very clean. As the fragrance progresses, cistus and patchouli push further and further forward and the spiciness gradually fades. I'm a little surprised that 25 percent of the 12 owners on Parfumo are female.

In terms of performance, the title of the fragrance could use a higher number, because the fragrance has tinder! I don't know if Chili helps with longevity, but I was able to smell myself for over eight hours with four sprays on my neck. This definitely deserves more than 7 points in the rating.

The bottle is not unattractive but still unspectacular and simple. From the coloring of the bottle, I would have expected more of a maritime fragrance, but I was successfully tricked.

From first impressions, you might think that Loewe is a niche house. However, since my sister informed me that it is a designer brand, I was curious about the pricing. 50 ml can be found on the Internet for 89 euros. A very fair price for a successful fragrance DNA and top performance.

The Loewe brand advertises that it wants to create fragrances inspired by nature and, at least in the case of my first fragrance, I would describe this as a complete success. Although there have only been 22 reviews, I cannot comprehend a poor average rating of 6.6. A spicy-fresh all-rounder that can play to its strengths, especially in everyday life and the office.

Burning chili in the nose..

One of the users included a bottle of this perfume with a purchase from his souk, many thanks for that;)

I've never heard the name Loewe before, but being curious I just put it on without thinking...
It smells strong, strong like chili, at least I notice the chili smell the most. To the nose it feels like what it feels like to the eyes when you've had chili on your hands and then rubbed them... slightly irritating/burning smell in my opinion.

I detect a hint of lemon underneath the chili, all in all I would describe this scent as something devilish due to its pungent smell.

If this fragrance wasn't so incredibly strong, I would see it on a well-groomed man, wearing a suit, expensive watch, important job!
In any case, I wouldn't buy it myself after the sample, but I will definitely use the tester on a given occasion;)
