Luxury Beach Experience

When I first got Holidays, I was expecting a pretty linear coconut sunscreen type fragrance and what I got surprised me. It opens very floral with noticeable tuberose. I admit that I’m not a large fan of the first half hour of the fragrance. However, after it dries down is when the magic starts to really happen. This is when the coconut comes in, along with a very nice salty aquatic note. This is when you start to get the whole experience of being on the beach, with a coconut drink in your hand, smelling the salty breeze blow through the tropical flowers beyond the sand. As it further dries down you get a creamy vanilla that also mixes well with the coconut and salty accords.

As always, Mancera gives you a generous 4 ounces for under $100 at discounted websites, which comes with an absolutely amazing pressurized atomizer and magnetic cap.

The fragrance lasts 12 hours EASILY. Absolute beast of a summer fragrance and it projects like crazy. Only 2 to 3 sprays needed.

Leans feminine in the opening, but for those with some patience it dries down very unisex in my opinion.

Will be using a lot this spring/summer.

Dreamy beach holiday in a bottle

Holidays really delivers on what the name promises. It smells like tropical florals, creamy coconut, vanilla ice cream, a light salty sea breeze and a small dash of limey bergamot. What more can you want from a holiday fragrance? I love how sweet and creamy this is. Especially the vanilla note is so lovely, it's bright and milky and fits in perfectly with the rest of the scent without weighing it down. And it gets better in the drydown, where it turns so warm that it almost feels like an amber note.

The only fault I can find in this is that the florals and bergamot in the opening can feel a little too oily, as it can sometimes happen with tiaré. It has a bit of a monoi vibe, which I could have done without. That's just my personal taste though, and it doesn't last too long. In the end the gourmand notes smooth out any sharpness the florals have, which makes me prefer Holidays over a lot of other tropical scents.

It makes me dream of a lazy day on a perfect white beach with turquoise waters, coconuts and unlimited vanilla ice cream. Beautiful. Obviously this is a summer in a bottle. Even though it's a warm scent, it would feel totally out of place to me in winter.

Hot summer evenings, party at the seaside night bar. Warm ,tanned skin with remaining coconut sun lotion. Warm, fragrant breeze coming from the heated up sea. Fun, free from worries, flirty atmosphere. This how this perfume smells to me. It's sweet ,potent, sun tan cream with loads of vanilla. It's loudness makes it suitable for the night out . Use modestly as when oversprayed can make your nostrils tired. Highly recommended for women in 20/30 or young in heart as summer evenings frag.

Holidays is a beachy aroma whi a floral part And a very creamy and sweet part. Here Vanilla, tiare, coconut and sandalwood win the battle. In the background You notice that aquatic part, but the sweetness of the other notes eats it up. A pleasant And longlasting perfume.I recommend for beach days. Similar to intense tiare but it ís sweeter And Móntale is more floral.

Pina colada!

I sprayed this without knowing anything about the notes, and I really thought from the name on the label that this would be a Christmasy scent, LOL! Then, BAM! woke up on a beach slathered in suntan lotion, the most delicious pina colada in my hand. Sweet, creamy, perfect scent for a tropical holiday.
