Kl_stein refinement of the finest ;-)
Our Verriss-King of all people praises this fragrance with the words "soft, invigorating prelude to a mild grapefruit". The wrong world? ... Yep, because as far as the opening of this mancera is concerned, I think it's more like other descriptions that speak of a "spotlessly cleaned kitchen" and "citric overexposure". The best thing for my "taste" is Soulmates, who speaks of a "razor-sharp citrus brick". And I say it openly, my first impression was Kl_stein :-/
But chamber, chamber! What is not yet, can still be (see title).
After the first 5 minutes, which are full of aggressive citrus-synthetic and really violent, the note "sea water" after its calming and about another 10 minutes increasingly contributes a beautiful aquatic - everything else than brackish water, which is so often perceived under this term. And after the plutonium grapefruit has cooled down to about 50% at the beginning of the second hour, Wave Musk actually becomes more and more balanced and better. So it is best to take a closer look at the refining process, which refers to the entire fragrance process:
From the first to the last moment, this Mancera undergoes an amazing development, and thus its wearer makes a most interesting journey. Let's ignore the first 5 minutes during which one better stays in the house, one is soon permeated by an invigorating aquatic freshness that actually reminds of a beach holiday and smells quite natural. So from the second hour on Wave Musk becomes even better, milder, softer and more balanced. Also then a slightly hay-like note plays along, or should that already be the seaweed? No matter, because at the same time the impression of driftwood and sea salt is created. This is the finest in aquatics, further enlivened by the citric freshness of grapefruit, whose synthetics no longer play a major role. Then, from about hour four the wave smells quite fine, maybe the musk will be there too? ... But here now no more rhyming, only further amazement please very much: After 6 to 7 hours, the already wonderfully soothing Aquat turns completely in the direction of a mild seaweed, which can really be smelled 1:1 out of here. Together with the meanwhile very steamed but still slightly diffusing citrus freshness and the musk, a very harmonious beach feeling melange results in the final 2-3 hours ... Who would have thought what would result from the first seconds of this fragrance?!
So this mancera is a phenomenon, but unfortunately it has a problem: as soon as you have the Kl_stein association for just a tiny moment, it happens to him, because you just can't get it out of your head and rate Wave Musk a note worse. But that would be unfair, so I tried to make this nasty term unrecognizable ;)
Conclusion: after a crass start, an unusual but exciting fragrance is soon to be seen, which is definitely worth testing. Wave Musk is a pretty good fragrance, which is a must for aquatic fans, but I would also like to warmly recommend this fun to everyone else. Because that's really a
