The perfume starts warm and spicy with ripe bergamot and neroli, iris dusts the other bright flowers, cloves and cinnamon are lightly whispered.. balsamically intertwined are sandalwood, fine leather, and patchouli. The cat briefly scurries by. The perfume radiates a warm, soft aura.
After 6 hours, styrax, musk, and a drop of honey are cultivated on the moss carpet.
Time for a good book
The scent is still perceptible after 12 hours.
PS: I carefully removed the ribbon from the cap, gently took off the old, sticky stopper, and applied it. I believe that the bottle is an original from around 1935.
I cannot confirm the statement that Risque Tout was sold under Tweed in the American market, as both scents are far too different. (!!!Correction: from the 1950s, Tweed Cologne was made much softer, the American Tweed bouquet smells more like Risque Tout!)
I see Risque Tout (from 1935) more in the salon, where the cultivated, life-affirming society of 1935 (in Central Europe) talks itself into a frenzy…
