Citrus without minus
There are yes Parfumos who have specialized in certain ingredients - such as predominantly use fragrances with the thematic focus Gourmand, vetiver, patchouli, Aquatik, flowers or lemon and much more.
I think, especially among the lemon fragrances there is an unmanageably large offer and many nuances. Can there be another lemon fragrance at all still trigger interest or even enthusiasm? I think yes, because Citrus Noir has quite its justification, without that I see myself as an expert in this specialty.
In any case, Citrus Noir develops a rich tangy citrus note paired with a pleasing shot of calamansi, that Philippine cross between tangerine and oval kumquat. Thus, the citrus note seems a little darker or a little more tart, but still extremely fresh and pleasant.
Jasmine and cypress one sniffs hardly, but is in the drydown timid amber and a trace incense perceptible, which makes Citrus Noir again a tad more mysterious.
Thus, Citrus is not another simple lemon water, but in fact an enrichment in this segment. Who of course basically has problems with the yellow fruit in all variations, will not be converted with this - but all others will get their money's worth. And these are here with just 62 € for 72 ml so manageable that you can afford the re-spray because of the narrow shelf life. Therefore: double plus good!
