a fall gourmand / apple pie
Fell in love with the notes + description. It's a very unique gourmand - initially reads as an apple pie/cobbler (not super sweet) then mellows out to a delicious spice blend. It's the perfect embodiment of a fall scent. It's sensual, not cloying at all, and very wearable for those who don't like a sweet gourmand. Unfortunately not as deep/enticing as what the description sold me on; I don't imagine myself being lured into some spooky woods, but it's got some dark opulence to it that I can't quite put to words.
Semi-weak / mid longevity (I find this is true with a lot of Régime des Fleurs scents), and the sillage is also kind of weak for an extrait. Despite all these, I'm content with it regardless - and I would buy it again if it was re-released!!
+ the bottle and color are just gorgeous. I will be cherishing this perfume till its last drop
