no, so disgustingly attractive but also!
Sometimes "Oh! Fie is the devil's name!" and "Ah, that's beautiful" lie very close together; the boundaries melt away in one direction and at the same time the other!
This may be a purely female way of looking at things; but also my personal experience.
That's how I feel about "Fruity Aoud": what develops in front of my nose fascinates me.
Now, as you know, I also have a soft spot for the fragrances of the Roja brand; it may be that this means I don't always wear the sharpest scent glasses.
My first sensation was also "Oh!", then changed to "Oho!" and then very quickly to "Aaah!": the further this idiosyncratic fragrance animal namely expands!
Overripe, already slightly decaying fruits and flowers determine the first impression.
Uij! Here but someone has forgotten about the fruit!
Especially the already mushy strawberries are very aromatic and smell intense, the raspberries also no longer quite fresh: here I want to be fruit fly!
Roses and violets are also already hanging their heads; their wedding is now really over.
The knowledge of it lets them smell once again especially strong.
The already so delicate orange blossoms stand somewhat shyly next to it; but still give now and then their typical fragrance "mustard" to it.
They do their thing well: I perceive them clearly in the whole "almost-being".
An almost surreal still life under the title "Been Yesterday" arises on my skin.
The astringency of Artemisia and the citrusy glow of fresh (not fermented this time) bergamot and grapefruit aromas still appear in the background.
A familiarly fresh yet, to some noses, a surely questionable blend emerges here:
repulsive and yet enticing!
Light woods and slightly scratchy resins, strong leather and balsamic scents marry extremely interesting. You open the door wide and let in the classics sandalwood, oakmoss and sensual-supportive patchouli. Also incense may not be missing, of course!
They dance a boisterous fragrance dance, which mixes them all cheerfully: Look here!
The noble and precious saffron now no longer wants to stand next to it: he mixes spicy with and also immediately pulls musk and vanilla into the strongly scented circle, in which iris has already joined without being asked!
Lively spirals emerge from all these fragrances: beautiful they are, even if they take some getting used to!
All that turns here in a merry circle, however, is dominated by the strong and expansive steps of Oud/Aoud: in the funny rice dance the fragrance history of "Fruity Aoud" is written!
Thus, this cleverly created fragrance monster leaves deep animalic and very self-confident traces!
Not for public transport or open-plan offices!
But as delightful as long-lasting; however, not by conventional standards.
"Fruity Aoud" is fun; even if I don't know why: the good mood immediately peeks around the corner, beckoning.
I call them to me, spray once again Rojas "Fruity Aoud" and then face what may come, smiling!
