After I wasn't so impressed with Peregrina at first, my opinion has changed significantly. I have ordered and received a lot of samples from Thameen, including my purchase of "Diadem | Thameen." What can I say other than that I have finally found "my perfume house." Out of 6-7 samples, there isn't a single one that I dislike, and several have immediately landed on my wish list, including "Cullinan Diamond | Thameen." Oh my Lord, the scent is exactly what I have been searching for so long. My fragrance and instantly my great fragrance love.

The scent does not start off peppery at all to my nose, even though pepper is in the top notes; I smell no pepper at all. I was immediately greeted by the heart notes. A dark red, very velvety rose, and what a rose it is! Wow, not old-fashioned but soft, very modern, and fluffy. The iris root gives the fragrance an incredible powderiness that is simply out of this world. Like a velvety, very dark red rose sprinkled with iris root and vanilla powder. Honestly, I am currently struggling to hold back from an immediate purchase. This powdery blend of rose and iris root is simply heavenly. Leather is listed in the pyramid, but I smell no leather, fortunately, just a good and very successful blend of the remaining base notes.

Sandy Sweetness and Fainting Spells with a Flower!

Although Cullinan Diamond does not remind me of a diamond - I do find this perfume from the house of Thameen to be something special. Why? It has something that I really like in fragrances: a fascinating allure! What is it made of? That’s where it gets a bit tricky.....

My conclusion: It has a sandy sweetness for me, revealing a floral quality that is very penetrating and projects strongly.

Whatever has been added to the listed ingredients, this type of dry sweetness, this combination of vanilla, iris, rose, this kind of fragrance base that exudes a complex warmth - all of this makes Cullinan Diamond the best Thameen in my opinion. By the way, it is not only suitable for women. However, its usability is somewhat limited due to the powerful projection and certainly requires a more confident wearer. Fainting spells should be planned if someone like me uses six or seven sprays. Who cares! Maybe something for a sociable gathering in the evening...?

What stays with me, in any case, is that Cullinan Diamond invites you to dream; you will engage with this creation and probably leave no one who smells this perfume indifferent. And that is - actually great!

Really brash opening, hard to wear. Settles to rosey kashmeran, more mature women scent than one for guys. Not worth it for me personally

A soft woody, musky rose growing from fresh loamy soil. Has bits of powdery notes and picks up a vanillic sweetness as it dries down.
