Embrace me, Mother Nature
I feel trapped in the middle of forest.
Is "trapped" the right word? It's more likely a bond of my own will.
I dont want to leave.
This feels like paradise. An accurate representation of the paradise.
Mother Nature nurtures my desire for peace, for an uplifting stillness.
I immerse myself in flowers.
Ethereal petals of jasmine, rose and narcissus land next to my temple.
Beams of sunlight linger through peach trees.
I sense a faint aroma of ginger.
A sprightly deer passes my sight.
Was that Mother Nature herself?
I don't know.
Are orris roots hindering me from leaving?
I don't know.
All I know was that the forest feels like a warm hug.
I can't tell what is real and what is not anymore.
Everything seems liminal.
The sun feels warmer.
My eyes are slowly closing.
The image of paradise remains etched in my memory.
I fall asleep.
