One of the best Lattafas out there

I admit I got Khamrah, Khamrah Qahwa, Asad, Fakhar and other dupes from Lattafa, but all of them just, i dont know. They felt off. They smelled bad, didn't last long. I once got Oud for Glory, and it legitimately lasted around 30-40 minutes on CLOTHES. I was looking at reviews, people saying it lasts for 6-8 hours, I knew they were lying.

MATTER ASIDE, this might be the only Lattafa I truly recommend people get. Nothing much going on here. Vanilla, cardamom, citrus, light woody notes, creamy. Not super gourmand, but it does smell good. Also, this one is considerably longer lasting than other lattafas, like khamrah, which is praised for its long lasting performance (which simply, again, is not true). The dry down dials down on the cardamom and spices, and starts focusing on a creamy vanillic citrusy scent.

Yes, I am against clones, because perfume is an art, and not only are they duping the fragrance, but theyre duping the customer as well. But, considering 70% of Parfums de Marly ARE clones/inspired by's, then i cant say nothing here lol. Perfectly unisex btw.

Creamy Gourmand Vanilla

Wow i don‘t even know where I should begin….
So first of all this Fragrance exceeds all expectations you espect off it when buying it.
Art Of Nature II by Lattafa is kicking in with a touch of a creamy gourmand vanilla , which is done very nice. It doesn‘t feel syntetic at all which you could except because of its Price Tag….
Then the Fragrance keeps surprising you with a slight fresh kick off the apple and the bergamot.
The Sillage and Longevity are amazing in my opinion and are outstanding my PDM-Althaïr.
As a conclusion this Fragrance exceeds all expcectations and even the original parfume it has been made after! Well done to Lattafa!!

Cocoa with cardamom sprinkles

I wasn't able to test both at the same time, but shortly after I sold my Althaïr, the Art of Nature II arrived I liked the Althair, but not the "I also like it for €150" kind.
And that's where the latest Lattafa Pride release came in, for a fifth of the price in my case.

And what you get for this, I'll say up front, is definitely worth it.
I have one or two associations with the fragrance: a superficially milky cocoa, metaphorically speaking - two spoons of cocoa powder instead of four.
On top of the foam, just as metaphorically speaking, there are cardamom shavings that you can taste with every sip.
Or the full-bodied, gourmet milk chocolate with 40% cocoa content and the embedded pieces of cardamom, which give the fragrance a certain rounded spiciness.

This is basically the scent for me.
That basically says it all and I'll spare you all this talk of "mm yes, I smell 10% more orange blossom here". Let's not kid ourselves, who is going to distinguish this fragrance from the original? Not going to happen.
This is enough for me to wear the fragrance a few times a year in winter.
In my opinion, the Althaïr is simply not worth it from now on, unless you're shitting money, because then you get the prettier bottle at PdM.

The bottle is a thing in itself, as is so often the case with the Pride range. But the sprayer is good and you can see the fill level on the side. So it's not a bad bottle.

Model implemented almost 1:1

I've been dying for this Art of Nature II for a long time, and now I've finally been able to get my hands on 2 copies. The original Althaïr was already very popular after it was released. Of course, not affordable for everyone in terms of price, so many are looking for cheaper alternatives. The "Club Black | Mercedes-Benz" was considered a good alternative, but in my opinion it is a little further away from this Parfums de Marly. Of course, it is usually only a matter of time before Lattafa takes up the cause. This brand has really very good perfumers who do a really good job for this price segment. The Art of Nature II is already very hyped because it is supposed to be very similar. I can absolutely confirm this. My Althair on my wish list has been put on hold for the time being because of this fragrance.

Of course, you have to be a bit lucky to get hold of it. Once it's available, you shouldn't wait too long to order it. But it's worth it if you like the PdM original. Prices are around 30-40€ per 100ml, many take advantage of supply shortages and sell them at significantly higher prices. Not recommended, as you sometimes need a little patience.
The packaging is similar to the Art of Arabia range, but here in gold. Makes quite a statement. On the other hand, I find these bottles (also with Art of Nature I) really bad. It looks totally trashy like many of the Lattafa Pride fragrances. But the bottle works perfectly and that's the main thing.

Most of the "dupes" are not completely convincing. They are usually really really good for the price range, but in my opinion they can rarely replace the high-quality original. Loose 90% usually don't really satisfy me, as they somehow always lack that certain something. This is different here. Especially in the top note, you almost get a 1:1 translation of the original. Even though the pyramid already has a lot of its own, there are hardly any recognizable differences here. This Art of Nature II is perhaps slightly fruitier due to apple & mandarin, otherwise this fragrance offers this great gourmand vibe with lots of orange blossom. The notes of cinnamon, praline and vanilla are also very present here and smell simply mouth-watering. Similar to the original, you have to be able to cope with this strong sweetness. This great creaminess is also convincing here and is sure to earn many compliments. The base is also very pleasant with lots of wood, creamy musk and modern ambroxan synthetics like the original. Vanilla sweetness in the base is perceptible throughout. For the first 2-3 hours, this Althair is implemented almost 1:1, the further course also goes in a similar direction.
The performance is also quite similar. In my opinion, the PdM is slightly better and the sillage is also slightly better later on. But you can live with that, because the first 2-3 hours have real steam. Worth it if you are looking for a louder creamy-sweet gourmand.

Overall a really great dupe once again. PdM fragrances are surprisingly good to dupe as there have been quite a few that have come out, including several from Lattafa. I love the Parfums de Marly fragrances, but they are a bit overpriced. You can buy this one blind if you like the Althair.

Great winter cheapie for a great price

Starts fruity and creamy with a hint of incense, almost a little fresh. Not typically wintery, as you would expect. But after just a few minutes, we are more in the cold season. The fruity notes remain, but fade into the background. Chocolate, cardamom and vanilla now come through and it becomes beautifully gourmand. It becomes sweeter and sweeter, spicier and also very gently woody as it progresses. Overall, it is a great unisex fragrance that comes quite close to Althair. There are no major differences, but I haven't compared left and right. Although unisex, it is by no means too feminine. It is beautifully wearable, has a high-quality feel and is a clear recommendation for 30-40€.
But there are some fragrances that are at least similar. But I like the fact that it's not ONLY vanilla like many alternatives. I also like the fact that it is rather light and not too dark. The price is always a factor in my rating. So it's a great fragrance, but realistically speaking, it's not the new fragrance wonder of the world. Complex and not 0815, but more pleasing than niche. But yes a recommendation, for the price there is hardly anything that comes close if you are looking for something similar.
