A fruit from an imaginary island

I was so blessed to see the owners of the brand Philippe di meo and David Frossard in person. The brand it self is more than a perfume. An elevator taking you form materials' word to spirituality. Vases overflowed by spirituality, sensuality, emotions, and souls. The glasses are made to present vases' concept while the liquid inside opens the doors of the imaginary for you. I bought this perfume for my wife which is accompanied with Philippe's hand written text for her. This perfume smells like a fruit that you have never smelled. A fruit from an unknown island. It may have no good silage but it grabs you like a serial killer. I love the way this perfume projects. I highly recommend this perfume for those who want to be mysterious and sensual.

My perfect spicy, jammy and aromatic fig

The perfume strapped on little rocket boots and launched itself to the top of my favorite figs.

It’s a jammy fig, warmed by ginger and garnished with the intoxicating greenness of shiso.

So many fig scents use their own leaves for their green accord and I just can’t put into words how unique, beautiful and complimentary the choice of shiso leaf is here.

Candy necklace vibe

This is surprising, and this juice is definitely sweetly addictive, I get the same smell firstly as candy necklaces, but it settle into something soft, sweet definitely tangy, I was drawn all day to my wrist in order to get a whiff.
This one is strangely warm and fresh at the same time and the balance is beautifully done.

I bought myself a bottle, and yup totally worth it, obviously sampling beforehand is the key, but this is so unique and addictive, it’s a real love, like a love a first snif. I’m not often awestruck to this extent by a perfume but i enjoy wearing it.

Mysterious smell

It has a very faintly sweet, licorice and mysterious smell. Its French meaning is the purple island.
It really does smell like a vibrant purple and violet

It's strange that I don't get any fig or ginger smell from it. It smells musky and especially Heracleum persicum ( Iranian traditional plant named "Golpar") to me.

Angelica (or Golpar) is a plant that has an astringent odor and is used in Iranian cuisine. It has a taste that makes the mouth feel a little astringent and, so to speak, tightens the mouth a bit.

A good fig and ginger scent... If you're into that kinda stuff

This is not my favorite scent from LI but only because I generally dislike ginger and fig notes. Despite that, I think it is very well done still. What I like about LI perfumes is that they are well blended and that even my untrained nose can tell the notes apart. So if you like ginger and fig, this one is worth a try.

To me it is really feminine scent! Ginger and bergamot with some witchy herbs is what I smell in the beginning and then it fades it something sweet.

Initially very dense, fruity, and dark. But also beautifully green. After 1 hour, the sillage fades significantly and the scent becomes woody. Leaves me cold.
