At first spray, I found This to be wonderful. I have not smelled Soie Malaquais, but if it smells like this I l love it too.
It’s really well blended. It’s hard to pick out each note but it’s citrus, fresh, a little juicy perhaps from the currant and silky as all get out. I’d say this leans more feminine but it’s unisex regardless
However the next day I sprayed it and it was very synthetic and strong! I’ve read that this needs time to mature, so I continue to spray it weekly to test. The initial fresh brightness has disappeared.
