Sugar of Garden The Dua Brand 2023

Sugar of Garden is a Dua original blend and one of the house’s earlier entries in its modestly-priced Dua Designer Line. It’s a fresh, sweet, semi-floral blend that’s delightfully agreeable, with sugar fittingly as the leading note, with supporting notes of florals (ylang ylang, geranium), citruses (bergamot, lemon), musk, vanilla, and tonka. It has the slightest suggestion of sharpness to add some sophistication but overall it’s really accessible, easygoing, and versatile, just abundantly pleasant and unchallenging in the best way, and, not to mention, a superior value at $33 for 30ml as part of the DDL. An early DDL favorite of mine that took me a while to nab since it was out of stock so much of the time. I’d highly recommend checking it out.
