arabic version or a "twist" with whateverl of the Irish memo Paris
Hello dear fragrance friends,
via social media I became aware of a new clone of the memo "paris Irish leather"
The Zimaya (Afnan) Royal leather is a sweet saffron fragrance with a hint of Irish leather DNA, but after 1.5 hours at the latest it turns into a sweet - balsamic saffron (leather if you will?!) and (oud) plus a little fougere fragrance In the later dry down it is then increasingly sweet spicy woody with very light fougere and slightly floral and delicate suede handbag with a crushed forgotten praline in it ;)
But it's strange, at least to my nose.
Smells generally delicious, quite interesting and almost tasty :D
It's also possible that I'll soon perceive it differently or that the clone may still have some time to mature.
Attention: all subjective :)
It is also interesting that there is also the Irish leather oud from Memo paris. The zimaya has listed oud whether this was possibly an inspiration for this zimaya we will probably never really know.
It remains exciting, I will continue to test and wear the fragrance.
Let's see where the journey doesn't lead, but so far it can't replace my Memo paris Irish leather bottling and my "Maison Alhambra Dublin leather".
Scent: 6.5 out of 10 quite pleasant
Longevity: actually 10 hours
Sillage: first 2 hours strong or an arm's length and then rather close to the skin
Price/performance: 9/10
