To celebrate the winter season officially beginning, I'm starting my Christmas time rotation today. 🥰❄️ So these will be my fragrances for the rest of this year, photographed this morning during the sunrise, and of course I protected the bottles from the cold with little caps, scarves and blankets hahah 👇😜

Ooh, I'm jealous and happy for you for 2 things:

You have snow! WOW! We don't get snow anymore in Berlin until January/February, if at all.

You have a bottle of Omnia , I used to love it so much.

Beautiful pic. I am imagining you with a suitcase of perfume bottles, carefully walking through the snow .

Aaaawww thank you so much for your beautiful words and lovely message 🥰🙏 I absolutely love the original Omnia and the whole Omnia series, I don't understand why they have discontinued so many beauties including the original and also Omnia Paraiba which is my top favourite.

I must say that I personally really dislike snow though 🙊 I mean it would be ok for Christmas time if we had it for 1 or 2 months, then I could tolerate it and it's of course looking wonderful in photos and makes the dark time a little bit brighter. However, we usually have snow in Finland for 6 - 7 months which is totally intolerable 😅 I would so much prefer a very short mild winter or no winter at all.

But yeah, I do hike in the nature with a bag full of perfume bottles during all 4 seasons 😂 I actually wrote a blog article about it if you're interested. Perfume photography is a fun hobby for sure. 😁 Fortunately this time it wasn't too cold (only 5 minus degrees) and not too much snow so getting to the photographing site was not too exhausting today, hahah.

They look cold. I hope you provided some hot cocoa.

Hahah yeah for sure, I actually made some glögi (Finnish version of mulled wine) immediately when I got back inside with my bottles 😄🫖 Some people are keeping their fragrances in a wine cooler or fridge but I guess I took it to the next level yesterday 😝 Despite wearing a cap and scarf, my Honor & Glory was absolutely freezing btw. I did a separate photo session with it afterwards because I thought a white-golden bottle was a perfect match with snow and sunrays but I could barely touch the bottle because whatever the material they made it from was feeling absolutely frozen, I bet if someone had licked the bottle the tongue would have stuck on it or something 🤣🥶 Also a couple of the bottles were warmer from the bottom and had first melted the snow underneath them and then started to freeze and stick on that tree stump lol. 😂 So yeah it's fun to take perfume photos during winter 😆

I must attach here one of my older fragrance rotation pics, it was a tea & coffee themed rotation and I actually had thermos tea with me as you can see 👇😁

I'd love to start doing more of a rotation, because I don't really use my bottles as much as I'd like, and tend to keep testing decants. Maybe I will try a weekly or monthly rotation next year. If weekly, maybe with 3 or 4 perfumes, and if monthly - 7-10 or so, so that everything gets a good number of wears.
