I´m gonna keep it real with you. I personally do not care what I smell like, I just want it to be as strong as possible. For me the best Performance over-all was Montale Arabians Tonka.
Never owned it (because I'm afraid to judging by the comments) but lots of people say 
Followed is the strongest scent ever created.
For me it's disgusting.
Is amazing, just in love with the scent!

I don't know about "best" since I haven't compared fragrances against each other based on that criterion. But of the ones I have or tried and like, the most beastly have been (in no particular order):

If Followed were a movie character it would be the supernatural entity from the 'It Follows' Movie. It will never leave you alone... If you order a sample, wrap it in plastic. I didn't do it and now my sample stash is 'contaminated'. Now, the scent. Some people get maple syrup and coffee, others get curry and fenugreek. Unfortunately, I get the curry soup...

Kyse Delizia di Marshmallow. That perfume lasts well over 10 hours and it's beautiful.

Megamare is among the strongest fragrances that I’ve owned, along with its two best clones: Lattafa Atlas and Maison Alhambra Megara. A single spray will last more than 24 hours. Al Watanabi Kayaan Classic also has a surprising longevity, though sillage is much more muted.
BERGAMUSK from Orto Parisi is extremely strong and lasts ..........................
Pheromone Eau de Parfum I've got a vintage bottle where all the top notes have long been gone and I'll go years without using it because one spray is... a lot. 😅
