It smells fluffy!
Gucci jumps on the designer-exclusive-fragrance train, and they have really put in the effort!

The concept isn't really new. There are a number of perfumes, a handful of perfume oils, and three scented waters. This is supposed to allow you to combine your very own scent. The corresponding bottles differ in size, but also in design. And I find the design, reminiscent of antique apothecary bottles with changing animal motifs, somewhat kitschy, but still very charming; I can't help it!

I admit, the appearance has contributed significantly to my interest :D But certainly independent of that, I liked the scent from the whole range the best. "Tears of Iris" takes a solid second place.

But what does a squirrel have to do with mimosa?
According to the saleswoman, the scent is supposed to reflect the softness of a squirrel's tail. (Sounds a bit far-fetched at first).
On the Gucci website, it just says that the squirrel embodies the "energy of the scent" and that the scent is bright and cheerful.

And how does the cheerful squirrel smell? Quite clearly like mimosa, but nice!
I'm not a particular expert on mimosas, but I know "Mimosa pour Moi," "9.1 Komorebi," and "Almond Cucumber" well. And they all have in common that I find them not quite balanced and a bit too sweet.

This scent is different. Not extremely different; the difference is rather subtle at first glance, but in terms of consistency and especially in the development, I like it infinitely better. It really feels cheerful to me, somewhat airy-floral-bouncing. Like a squirrel jumping from treetop to treetop, if you want to stretch the motif on the bottle even further.
And above all - no joke - I find it smells somehow fluffy! Like a soft white rabbit on a spring meadow-fluffy.
A lively, energy-infused softness, not just a simple cuddly sofa.

I find neither winter nor pepper in this scent. I smell a very fine spring-like mimosa scent, initially with a slight almond undertone, beautifully unsticky in the development, and I believe there must be some green note in the scent that supports this fine balance.

Beautiful!

Sweet almond mimosa. Probably meant to evoke powdered sugar. Smells like 100 others. Like an Italian baby care product.

For powder fans, this is surely a fabulous scent. It leans green. Powdery-herbaceous, rather cool. Unfortunately, it's a bit too heavy for me.

Perfectly blended with sunny yellow and grape hyacinth blue. Delightfully mimosa-like spring. Nice compliment: it smells so fresh here!

Dusty, musty, old. I was looking forward to a lovely mimosa, but this is unpleasant. Which Italian woman wants to smell like this?! Disappointed.

A very feminine scent, 2× sprays, otherwise hardly H/S, but then it becomes very floral for a while. The musk makes it nice and neat..

Interesting, different, strange, and yet still interesting - cool, powdery, and herbal. The whole line has a very unique style.

It's really not my thing, the mimosa, which appears more green than yellow, overshadows everything. Pepper and musk hide on me.

Only on a test strip packed in a plastic bag:
Bag opened, spring/summer drawn in
yellow, creamy, sunny
Looking forward to a skin test

Fresh green-powdered at the start - it gets tricky later - mimosa - still a bit peppery~Not really my thing now.

A whole forest full of flower stems!!!
For me, nothing creamy or fluffy at all.
Reminds me of Baiser Vole' edt.
