Without Panties
One (especially a man!) often finds himself facing the Gretchen question: Does she or doesn’t she?! Has she or hasn’t she?! You can never be completely sure, you can’t see it, it’s more of a feeling, more intuition than knowledge, exactly that kind of feeling that sends a pleasant, tingling shiver through the lower abdomen.

So? Does she do it or not? Let’s assume she dares to embrace this tiny little indecency, this small, very intimate naughtiness. Getting dressed in the morning, preparing for the office job, everything as usual, only this time there’s just the delicate, soft, smooth skin of her Venus mound instead of panties... Skin that feels feverishly hot, that the silk of the designer dress has never felt before, and that tingles at the thought of her own nakedness. A lascivious, knowing smile plays around her shiny lips all day long, her walk through the long corridors is more fluid, more cat-like than usual, her head held a little higher, her chin pushed forward with slight defiance, her hips moving a bit more, and when she crosses her long legs while sitting in a meeting, the highly exciting thought briefly arises that maybe someone could see something... At least she is sure that those in her immediate vicinity can perceive her very special scent, and she is very sure that it confuses, raises questions, fuels fantasies, and in the end, no one really knows: Does she or doesn’t she...

“Passionate” is exactly that kind of feeling. It’s like a day and a long evening without panties. “Passionate” is direct and provocative, heavy and enchanting. Full of secrets and questions. “Passionate” is pure lust.

BUT - “Passionate” is all of that, yet it is not perceivable in that way by our environment! This enchanting scent does something to the one who wears it, not to the people around us! It is not as indecent as (in my opinion) “Onda” by Vero Profumo! “Onda” hits you over the head. “Onda” unfortunately fails to take the curve and despite this clear desire in the scent, becomes something decent. “Onda” simply has too much “Gschmäckle,” it smells too distinctly of what is subtly desired, but no one wants to be hit on the nose with that so obviously. “Passionate” achieves the feat of alternating pure lust and desire with honey-sweet satisfaction and purring comfort.

“Passionate” embodies Yin & Yang. It radiates a strong, very clear femininity, only to question all of that seconds later. Then, the sensual, alluring woman quickly turns into a male conqueror. Taking and being taken, a theme here that I have not discovered so clearly in any other scent so far. That’s why “Passionate” also smells irresistibly beautiful on warm male skin!

The oud used in “Passionate” is different from other ouds I have smelled before. It lacks the strict medical touch of Montale’s oud, but it is also not as buttery soft and cuddly as Micallef’s oud. This is a truly dirty oud. Not strict or sharp, but powerfully dirty. Indecent. Sinful. Very direct.

However, the honey manages to bring a perfect counterbalance. Unlike Kilian’s “Back to Black.” Less sweet than that. More adult and exciting, deeper and darker, powerfully dark.

The top note begins with fruity woodiness that appears beautiful and intriguing. Patchouli comes in quite quickly, but what a stroke of luck, in the finest noble manner and completely without the notorious musty cellar note. The hint of the fat jasmine blossoms and the herb-sweet vanilla is already recognizable, intensifying soon and then exploding in the heart into a fireworks display of the opulence of jasmine and the creaminess of sandalwood. At some point, a light, very subtle smoky note comes around the corner. Not like tobacco smoke, no, much gentler, quieter. Could it be the resin of the dragon’s blood tree? In any case, this hint of smoke fits wonderfully into this scent experience.

And all of this, somehow quite sinful and very special delicacy lasts and remains for hours. With every sniff, one thinks they discover a new note, and yet it is always the same scent that plays with our senses and our imagination...

Does she or doesn’t she?! Some secrets will never be revealed. :-)

Honey is gonna get you. (Working title) ((to be changed later))
No. Tastes do not change. Onion remains onion, exhaust fumes remain exhaust fumes, and honey remains honey. Yuck.

I have no idea where the aversion to the golden bee droppings comes from, but probably Grandma Gusti stirred too much of it into my hot milk (with Flott) back in the day to pump my stomach with this emetic when I accidentally licked the E605 bottle in the garden again. I don’t know.

Honey - no come on, that’s never going to wash off man; honey can please go directly to Go without collecting 5000, where is the gall soap.

Exactly my first thought during the first test of Passionate, perhaps still accompanied by a few curses directed at the giver, but I’d rather not go into that now.

Tests 2, 3, 4, and 5 confirmed:
For me, Passionate remains a single honey. And a single usually comes alone.
Yes, during the nose-on-test it’s the same; but not when you stroll from washing machine to washing machine and think, what the hell smells so good here? Sure, the laundry, but the other, that must be me.
You know how it is.

Smoky woody aromas, top-notch, until the end of the workday and beyond, persistent, dark dripping honey, bittersweet, bitter, sad, and so not gourmand.
Passionate has convinced me that honey can do something.
Excuse me, I’m going to spread some bread now.

Boadi.
100%
Always.

a little comforter
this fragrance also gets 100% from me, but for me it has nothing to do with seduction, with panties, or ecstasy!
For me, it is a childish, comforting scent.
In the past, L'Occitane had "Eau de Miel," which was a perfume for mothers and children.
I wore this fragrance during difficult times and sleepless stormy nights. It gave me security and protection.
So is Passionate: it allows me to relax, to let go, and pushes my worries aside. It protects me from the evil, dark, stormy world out there. I can be a child again and trust.
Passionate tells me: everything will be alright...

What does it smell like? I only smell warm honey, honey, and a bit of honey with 1mg of sandalwood.

Beautiful Cuddlyness for Incense Lovers
So first of all... who came up with the idea that Mamluk smells similar :D? The scents have absolutely no resemblance :D. Mamluk is more of an oriental, while Passionate has very little of that.

With Passionate, I can strongly smell the resin. But it's wonderfully authentic, like I've never experienced before. Incense does not smell like smoke. I believe many associate it with smoke clouds. But when resins are burned, it is mainly the essential oils that are released, and the smoke production is not that intense. And the scent here is similar. A delicious resinous smell, resinous, very sweet-fruity, and slightly vanillic. Really tasty. The oud here is very soft and smooth, absolutely not animalic, but it saves everything from the gourmand overkill. Without oud, the scent would probably be too girly and sweet. And yes, it comes from the Agarwood Collection. The fragrance notes are simply not correct here.

It is too feminine for me to ultimately want to buy it for myself, not even as a decant. But the ladies who love resins and fruits must check out this treasure. It is warm but not dark. It has something exotic-Caribbean about it, without being fresh... it works in every season. Just a really beautiful, delicious scent that suits anyone from 20 to 60. Please test it.

I absolutely need to get to know more from Boadicea the Victorious.

Nectar of the Floral Gods
If this fragrance is anything, it is powerful!
It is not delicate; it starts off strong with a huge vanilla/honey aroma. My first thought was forest honey. Then there was something else. Something medicinal, herbal, but very faint in the background. Then this floral scent comes towards me. It feels like all the fresh flowers in the world have been thrown into a pot, with dried fruits on top. Everything is so incredibly complex and abundant that one is simply overwhelmed.
However, there is a great advantage to all of this. The scent seems to evolve into a different flower type almost every hour, somehow magical. I also perceive subtle, light wood notes as well as resins. This could be an Amouage fragrance. No. It is Boadicea. For me, it is simply too much, yet I like this scent. I see it as more on the feminine side. On a rich, aristocratic lady of the world. In the drydown, this fragrance becomes calmer and better. It lasts for hours until it eventually fades away. Definitely 24 hours.

Some may know Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford all too well. Passionate is its fragrance sister. It seems as if someone simply mixed in a lot of flower petals and forest resins and took out some tobacco. An opulent, powerful, and incredibly strong fragrance. I would have thought I could master it, but unfortunately, I cannot. For me, this scent is nothing. It has my utmost respect. Anyone who wants to be noticed should buy this fragrance. But I warn you. Whoever wears it will certainly come across as very intimidating to others, yet at the same time majestic and enchanting.

Why isn't honey listed here? It's pure fir honey, simply genius! Yes, similar to the "Intense"! The bear is coming!

Passionate = Fruity floral freshness fixed with resinous honey (light). Just to make it last. And it does. And it deepens. Amazing!

Fact! Beautiful forest honey, similar to the sweetness in Piguet Oud, but here with cream instead of woody fir balsam. Lovely & flattering, too nice.

Complex, resinous honey on flowers, incredibly long-lasting and powerful. It's brilliantly composed! But this opulence overwhelms me :)

With this scent, you become irresistible to bees and bears. Citrus fruits, then honey growing stronger, Oud? Just a hint of it.

Linden blossom tea with honey and a splash of lemon. I usually gag at honey in perfume. Here, though, it’s brilliantly showcased.

Honey-spiced scent with a hint of oud ... a sugary brew. The lily bothers me ... the rest gets completely lost in the honey.

World-class honey tornado, melting, spicy sweetness without cloying notes, flowing harmony, powdery warmth, velvety dirtiness, resinous air.

Resinous-floral honey scent, overflowing, almost exaggerated. A power that one should be able to handle. Personally, it's too much for me.
