Loyalty
Fidelity has preserved the beautiful white bottle of fragrance pentalogy. White, for peace and honesty. White, for purity. Fidelity, for loyalty. Here the name definitely matches the bottle and yes, also the fragrance.
The Fidelity starts with the creamiest, softest peach I can remember. He's getting some light, quirky support from the bergamot. This also takes a possible, too strong sweetness from the peach and lures it rather towards freshness. Really very successful and incredibly cuddly.
The floral chords do not come to the fore aldehydically, but support the peach and bergamot with fruity depth. Draw them in full colours and give everything a creamy, clean, white touch that goes wonderfully with the overall mood of the fragrance.
The fragrance is arranged for hours around the central theme of the fruity, citric peach and does not really pass through a pyramid. Increasingly, from the third hour, more notes are added. Somewhat rough, light suede and a clear white musk now create a wonderful counter-pool, but without questioning the theme of the fragrance. The dwindling sweetness suits the scent very well. And the peach continues to float present, but in a completely new context, on the light leather-Moschus base.
After another three to four hours an equally balsamic drydown begins, which leaves more room for vanilla and sandalwood.
Fidelity is a fruity and creamy oriental, which I like very much because of its calm and softness. It always fits and rewards with every phase of the fragrance process.
