Grow up!
A “not-overly-annoying” yet however dramatically dull and more than forgettable synthetic “fruitchouli” bomb with neither praise nor blame, that cheap and linear “nom nom nom” kind of sweetish bubblegum nonsense for teenagers stuck in grown up’s bodies. I rushed to try this as I thought it had some connection to the discontinued glory of Black Cashmere, but this is just a silly cherry potato. Meh.

Cherry floral
A warm, sweet, floral cherry scent that at first spray screamed "sorority girl on a night out." It definitely has that "fruitchouli" vibe that was popular with college age women in the 2010s. However I came to crave it and find myself wearing it to holiday parties. Despite the young, honestly a bit slutty feeling it has for me due to the scent memories of college drinking parties, I have received compliments from several older women. Like many in this class of perfume it has strong projection and staying power. I don't often want a fruity fragrance, but when I do this fits the bill. It feels more jammy to me than the vanillaed gourmand that a praline note suggests. Shares that dark jamminess in common with Nest's Black Tulip.

Flowing Men's Chocolate
When I visited my grandparents on Sundays, I first inspected the "chocolate cabinet" and always found a dark bar with the golden inscription "Stollwerk Men's Chocolate."

I tasted it, followed by a shake, as the taste was extremely bitter for my child’s tongue.

But I was a good child and thanked them warmly - with the result that these bitter bars lurked for me for years.

Only shortly before my wedding did I muster the courage to cautiously admit that I did not like this chocolate.
My grandma exclaimed - it was sooooo delicious!
But my father supported me, saying that young people just don’t like that kind of thing.
I was grateful to him.

But he was right.
Over the years, my taste changed, and I learned to appreciate men's chocolate.

When I saw the DKNY box today, in black and gold design, I couldn’t help but think of that childhood incident.

I sprayed expectantly - and the scent reflected that "back then," only now it was very welcome to me.
The cherry, floating on dark chocolate, reminds me of soft Leonidas truffle pralines that have cherries incorporated.
A feast for the senses - framed by rose vines and illuminated by bright jasmine.
Completing it is the deep patchouli.

Although it was hot today, and I was actually looking for a summer scent, I couldn't resist Liquid Cashmere Black.

It stood out clearly from the fragrance medley without being the least bit disturbing.

A fragrance highlight that will surely delight throughout the year.

Fruity-gourmand chocolates to spray on
Hello hello and welcome to a new comment from me. Today I'm here with a DKNY fragrance and I must say, I didn't even know that there are DKNY scents that don't come in those apple bottles. Yes yes, just laugh, I have only seen the apple bottles in various colors or those thin, stick-shaped bottles in the city, but I had never seen such a great one like this Liquid Cashmere Black!

Otherwise, I would have definitely tested these Cashmere scents much earlier, as the bottles really catch the eye. Maybe I just didn't see these fragrances earlier because I was a bit shyer about testing women's fragrances among women, as you know, now it's somewhat manageable and I only disappear when too many ladies are present :D

So, Cashmere then. Wow, there are quite a few flankers in this line. Let's see how a Cashmere scent smells. When I think of Cashmere, I always imagine something very soft and fluffy, like my cat :) He looks even fluffier right now because he is sleeping in a very soft bed, and he's been doing that for quite a while since the poor thing has caught a cold. He is still cute, even when he accidentally sneezes in my face, which was quite disgusting… yuck! :DD

The scent:
The scent starts with strong cherry, rose, and raspberry. The fragrance is lovely, even though I find the subsequently emerging patchouli a bit of an acquired taste, as patchouli seems somewhat out of place for me in scents that are not only fruity-sweet but also powdery-soft.
The jasmine adds a nice sweetness that pairs very well with the mentioned fruits. The iris makes the scent powderier and softer as described. Heliotrope takes its time to come through, but gradually reveals its sweet scent with almond notes.
The patchouli weakens in the further development of the scent, which I find quite good, as the fragrance begins to smell much better without this earthy note. Although the fruity notes also gradually fade away from the heart note, a chocolatey and gourmand note comes in with the praline, which smells delicious :)
Later, the scent remains primarily sweet and gourmand. Occasionally, the sweet notes smell a bit like tonka bean to me. The cherry can still be smelled for a while, but unfortunately only if you sniff the sprayed area extensively; otherwise, you will only perceive the mentioned sweet scents, which, however, is also very nice due to the soft and powdery notes! All in all, not a groundbreaking fragrance, but a solid and beautiful one!

The sillage and longevity:
The sillage is good; this perfume radiates a larger scent cloud, and I think you can be well perceived even at somewhat greater distances. The longevity is quite good, lasting over ten hours.

The bottle:
The bottle has a beautiful, curved shape and a great color gradient from black tint to clear glass (or a light beige tone). The cap fits the shape of the bottle, making both look like a unit. There doesn't seem to be a label, which is good since it would have disturbed the form of the bottle in my opinion. Overall, a very beautiful bottle.

Oh yes. I find this scent very successful. It smells sweet and gourmand with fruity notes, which, however, only smell stronger in the top notes and then gradually lose their intensity. That's a bit of a shame since the cherry smells very nice at the beginning, but it doesn't matter since the rest of the scent development is also very beautiful.

It is one of those fragrances that you've probably smelled often enough, but it belongs to the well-made scents of its kind and is especially great for the evening or going out in autumn, as it feels feminine and delicious (don't worry, I won't keep raving about delicious, sweet, sexy, etc… even though all of this is TOTALLY TRUE!!! :D). The patchouli bothers me a bit at the beginning, but as I said, it's only briefly noticeable at the start and then fades more into the background.

And as expected, this scent is also soft and powdery, comparable to a fluffy cat fur or delicate, soft women's skin :))
Yes, it's definitely worth a test!

That’s it for now, so see you next time! Have a nice evening :)

With us, it's good to eat cherries, Donna..........Tom can go home
The saying "With him, it's not good to eat cherries" is said to originate from the Middle Ages. Cherries were not found in everyone's garden; only wealthy people had a cherry tree. That's where people would gather and enjoy the cherries. If someone became tiresome, they would be spat at with cherry pits, thus driving them away. Then it was no longer good to eat cherries with him.

A few months ago, this beautiful scent came to me. It was still warm, and I could literally feel how this sweet amaretto cherry liqueur clung to me, which I found rather unpleasant. But now it’s no longer warm, and we’ve tried again. Today I like it, sweet amaretto cherry liqueur, I smell a bit of rose at the beginning, also quite a bit of jasmine, and it’s nicely creamy. Patchouli enhances the scent of the cherry. Only something that could faintly smell like cocoa, I still can't perceive this time. So no praline for me. I don't need it; if I want something with chocolate, I’ll buy myself Mon Cheri.

When I first arrived here, I absolutely wanted to test Lost Cherry. Ordered a sample, tested it - yes, that's it, I have to have it. Great cherry, nicely marzipan-like, I like that. And even today I still find it fantastic. Both are great cherry scents. From memory, I would say Donna's cherry lasts a bit longer.

Delicious cherry, then sweet patchouli and praline at the end. The scent is pleasantly surprising and could also belong to the niche category.
