Sparkling and elegant
This perfume is really a pleasant breath of spring, it is really an excellent mix of freshness, sweetness and femininity.

It is floral, musky and sweet, but in an elegant and never intrusive way, very easy to wear and suitable for all ages.

In the dry-down it becomes more enveloping and more sensual, but maintains its lightness and sparklingness throughout the day, with a truly remarkable longevity that makes it perfect for everyday use!

The light sparkle of poppy and the translucent white florals. A light yet elegant, dazzling melody.
While retaining the captivating contrasts of the L'Interdit series, this fragrance offers a more delicate and fresh impression. While the eau de parfum combines pear and tuberose to create a "sensual and profound elegance," this eau de toilette is centered around the light floral scent of poppy. The poppy gently and lightly enhances the rich flowers of orange flower and tuberose, further emphasizing its feminine grace.

While the eau de parfum version exudes "inner strength," this fragrance is characterized by "extensive elegance." It is a noble yet approachable elegant work, perfect for the modern woman who lives with ease.

Nice is the little sister of - Eau de Parfum!
After reading the mixed opinions and rather negative comments about the EdP that was released last year, I was curious and wanted to test and compare both. The fragrance pyramid sounds quite appealing, as I personally love tuberose and orange blossom very much, so how bad can the scent experience be?
After wearing both independently as well as simultaneously - the EdT on one arm and the EdP on the other - I must say: They are not bad.
The EdT is definitely more pleasant to wear; it is much milder and not overdone with just two sprays. In the opening, as well as in the EdP, the orange blossom is predominantly sweet, as if one has stumbled headfirst into a blooming little tree, but not quite as intense as in the EdP. The tuberose comes in fresh and clean, unlike some other fragrances where it smells heavy and "greasy." I can't find anything that I could compare to poppy. The scent is grounded by vetiver and a note that vaguely reminds me of cocoa butter with its powdery gourmand scent (could that be the patchouli?). And so, tuberose and orange blossom bloom throughout the day (6h+) ahead of you.
In terms of longevity, the little sister is in no way inferior to the EdP; the sillage is strong but not intrusive or overwhelming.
All in all, a nice fragrance with enough restraint to be wearable among people. The composition and the love-hate relationship that many have with tuberose is, of course, a matter of taste.

L `interdit always makes me think of the beautiful Fleur d´interdit, which was my wedding fragrance at the time.

But even the L interdit EDP had nothing to do with the forbidden flower - although I liked it in its own way.

Would the EdT come closer to Fleur?

No - not at all.

It even deviates further from the EDP - and into the negative range.

I am actually used to good things from Givenchy - even though Fleur is the star in the firmament for me.

But the Plays and the Ange et Demons also find my approval.

However, the L`interdit Edt greets me with a sweet musty opening.
Could that be the poppy?
The tuberose pushes through the strangely moldy curtain - but cannot displace it.

No, I would rather stick with the EDP, as it has no disturbing "aftertaste."

Maybe Givenchy will remember the forbidden flower and launch a fragrance twin?

But the beautiful flower will probably remain forbidden.

Soapy Floral Bouquet in Pure Seduction
Association: It is 7 PM. I come from an abstract vernissage and walk up the stairs to my beautiful modern penthouse apartment. The orange-red glowing evening sun stretches against the white walls of my light-flooded large penthouse. Slowly, I take the hairband out of my hair and finally arrive. On my way to my office, I catch sight of a large colorful and pompous bouquet of flowers. In the bouquet, there is a small note made of elegant laid paper with the inscription: "Bonsoir mon amour, take a relaxing bath and then put on an elegant black dress. We will meet at 9 PM in the bar where we first met."
I prepare a bath and add a soapy foamy scented oil that my fiancée brought me from Paris last week. I lie nestled in the femininely scented bubble bath and close my eyes. The evening sun gently kisses my skin. I let the day pass by me once more. I feel a tingling, a slight excitement, euphoria. I will finally see him again. I play with my hair and think of my beloved and drift away. Daydreaming. Evening dreaming. My exciting love story. It feels mysterious and seductive. Almost a bit forbidden. I open my eyes and stand in the dressing room. In front of me hangs a black figure-hugging dress, elegant, sexy. It shows a little skin but not too much. All within the bounds of elegance. I walk to my small vanity and decisively reach for L'interdit. I spray it passionately on my warm skin. It merges with my body scent, with my skin, with my soul. I am surrounded by a seductive aura, so mysterious, so feminine, so sexy. Exactly what I need today. Exactly what he needs today.

L'interdit is a beautiful soapy floral scented perfume. The combination of orange blossom, tuberose, and poppy creates a wonderful harmonious and extraordinary warmth, and the patchouli note is also very pleasant. I also perceive jasmine. Not too much, not too little, just right. The longevity is good to very good, and the scent works beautifully into the skin. Definitely love at first sniff!

Gentler and less gourmand that the edp version, it's a pleasant daily scent revealing a soft tuberose heart. The sillage is discrete.Classy

Luminous and airy. Radiant white florals meet the light, playful spark of poppy and soft musk. Sophisticated, dewy, and beautifully feminine

Once you get past the chewing gum opening of the plastic tuberose, the next hurdle awaits with synthetic orange blossom on white musk.
Sweet.

I'm a bit puzzled: powdery-floral scent, no longer a chypre, yet better than the EdP, as it's not quite as sticky sweet. Overall solid.

If you like sweet tuberose and your environment is stress-resistant, then go for it.
For me, there's a no-entry sign due to headache risk.
