Clean and Predictable
A Clean Minimalistic scent that is devoid of flamboyance bright garish colors and Overpowering oriental Incense & spices. it has a soapy scent
reminiscent of FCUK and what makes this an odd smell i think it's the Violet Leaf or the Mango but whatever it is
i'm not a fan.

Bland yet refreshing
I didn't expect much from this fragrance prior to testing it. I wanted to explore more from the Hugo Boss range, and I would have felt incomplete if I hadn't tried all that was there to offer.

Boss Woman, while surprising at first, especially with it's delightfully sweet mango opening, turns out to be just as plain and boring as the bottle it comes in.

This fragrance won't offend; it's office friendly, warm weather friendly and an obvious crowd pleaser. I've smelt so many similar fragrances in the last few years, that I seem to have this constant feeling of deja-vu.

Boss Woman has become one of Hugo Boss' harder-to-find scents, and in some ways I wish that it was more readily available, so that I could see the disappearance of the disastrous Hugo XX instead.

While nicely balanced between fruitiness and flowery accords, Boss Woman makes me think of shampoo and Summer. Clean and simple, is the nicest thing I can say.

One thing that I do applaud is the fact that Boss Woman is barely synthetic. Although I love Deep Red, I do find its plasticine accord too much on certain days. Boss Woman is the first 'natural' scent by Hugo Boss that I've experienced, and for that I'm happy.

The lasting power is pretty good, as is the sillage. Out of the many Summer scents I detest these days, Boss Woman is something I'd prefer to smell on many young girls this coming season, despite the fact that this isn't really my cup of tea.

Clear Matter
After I had bathed my nose in the rich J`adore infinissime, I craved a cool, less opulent dessert.

Just like one might enjoy ice cream or sorbet after a hearty main course.
But first, you stretch your legs a bit.
That’s exactly how I approached the fragrance tasting - and my legs led me to Boss Woman.

The crystal-clear bottle already appealed to me - and it corresponds with the content.
Aquatic mandarin and cool mango clear my head and senses.
I am ready to absorb again.
The freesia blooms bright yellow, gently muted by the violet root.
Delicately, the cedar hovers above, and sandalwood feels softly creamy.

A fragrance of clear lightness - yet not fleeting.
It has character - but does not impose itself - instead, it remains a subtle companion.

After its spectacular predecessor, it is a welcome change for me, as it strikes a softer note.

Everything has its time.

My First Fragrance or "The Story of My Life"
I would like to dedicate my first comment to my first fragrance, which has accompanied me everywhere and always made me feel well-groomed.
It was indeed in 2001 when my dad wanted to bring me a fragrance from his trip to Asia, which I could choose myself. At that time, I had no idea about perfume - which is still not the case now; only my nose has become more refined - so I wished for a fragrance that was known by name, but otherwise completely unfamiliar. Fortunately, I immediately liked this scent very much.
Shortly after my dad's return, at the age of 16, with wildness and determination that was hard to tame, I set off to Munich, 500 km away, to start my training and my own life.

The fragrance starts off very fresh and airy for me, developing into a creamy, well-groomed pleasantness that accompanies me all day without, as some have already described, bothering those around me. For me, it is a wonderful and unobtrusive office scent that suited my previous job as a legal assistant very well. By the end of the day, only a very fine and close-to-skin creamy hint is perceptible.
Certainly, the fragrance is not a novelty, but it is a pleasant companion if you want to appear well-groomed and fresh to your surroundings. For me, it is a great office scent that should also be interesting for fans - like me - of fresh laundry scents.

In the meantime, I have never been able to bring myself to not have this fragrance in my collection, which is why a new bottle has always had to be acquired. The current one has been around for several years now and receives less and less attention, as it has to hold its own against true olfactory revelations. It is certainly due to my sentimental memory of my start into "my own and independent life" that it still bravely holds its place in my collection, but I fondly remember that time and do not want to miss it - or this now established classic.

Thank you for your attention.

Boss Woman - My Everyday Companion
I have had this fragrance as a loyal companion for years. It is not extraordinary and belongs to the floral-fruity category, but it is actually always usable and not a scent that feels intrusive.
What I find pleasant and interesting is that it combines almost contradictory attributes. It is not very strongly floral-fruity, yet fresh at the outset, and at the same time has a warm and sensual note from sandalwood and cedar. It also comes across as powdery and clear to me, almost aquatic, which is reflected in the (non-existent) color of the liquid.
Thus, it can be worn well both in the office and in the evening. By the way, this is another plus point for me: the scent does not stain, which is also friendly to clothing.
I prefer to wear it in summer on hot days because it unfolds particularly well for me then. I would not describe the scent as demure despite its office suitability; for me, it has quite a sensual touch, especially when men hold their noses to my neck or in my hair while dancing and say, “ohhhh, you smell really good.” The longevity and sillage are quite decent for this fragrance category, and I have often been complimented on it, even though I don't drench myself in it. I also found it positive that a consumer magazine examined it a few years ago along with other perfumes for their ingredients, and the overall rating was “good,” in contrast to many other products that contained questionable substances. Although I also own other fragrances from the latter category and spray them on my skin, it still gives me a good and reassuring feeling and calms my conscience.

Wonderful fruitiness with fine, expressive flowers. Strong yet feminine. Still a great office scent. Delicious.

Reminds me of a kiss right after brushing my teeth - and there’s no mint involved. I love that "Good Morning" feeling.

Fresh-floral, soft, creamy, and *especially* different from the Intense. However, the bottle of the latter is prettier.
