Hello you sniffing animals, today I am times with a somewhat simple fragrance at the start. It is about Ma Vie pour Femme by Hugo Boss. A fragrance that I find despite the low ratings here not so bad, especially if you are looking for something simple and easy for warm days.
Because sometimes you have to give such, rather simple fragrances also times ne chance, because they can be quite nice for a spring or a summer, about as similar as the whole Escada fragrances, of which there are also some really nice fragrances, but which are overlooked again and again. And sometimes you have to overlook the ratings here, because scent perceptions are purely subjective and tastes are now once very versatile and different. I, for example, coriander in fragrances so not at all, or boiling milk (boah that's the cruelest among the fragrances what there is!!!), but there are now also misguided lunatics among you who like this disgusting fragrance crazy real... :DD
Therefore, one should actually give all fragrances times a chance, as long as one is not deterred by the fragrance notes contained therein, which should not actually be the case here with this fragrance... I mean, freesia, cactus flower, rose, woods, all that sounds really harmless, but also nice, right? Well, we'll see!
The fragrance:
The scent starts off with slightly fruity notes, but mainly floral and sweet. I smell a nice plant that comes across as summery, which I assume must be the cactus flower. I also smell roses, which... well you know how roses smell :)
On the side, there are sweet scent notes, but I can't pinpoint them, it may be that this is the sweetish part of the flowers.
In addition, the fragrance smells quite clean and pure, has almost something of a nice fabric softener.
Even later, the fragrance still smells clean and fresh and floral, but becomes a tiny bit warmer by the woods. More changes the fragrance to the base also no longer and smells later therefore also nice roses or flowers in general as well as woods and has a small, clean-sweet touch.
The sillage and the durability:
The sillage has turned out quite weak, I do not think that he could stand out particularly with one, if you do not sniff the person sprayed in the first 30 minutes.
Also the durability is unfortunately not the best, as the scent is already after about 2 hours, maybe even less, barely noticeable.
The flacon:
The bottle is rectangular with beveled edges, is pink colored with a gold neck and has a clear lid. It looks nice and reminds a little of a lipstick.
Conclusion:
Soo, the fragrance turned out surprisingly nice. Sure, he is not a masterpiece, no outstanding fragrance, no must-have. But: If you just want to have something nice and harmless, that just smells fresh and nice, especially just on warm days, then you can definitely try this fragrance. He will certainly not bother anyone (he can not, because he is now quite weak in its sillage and durability failed) and can therefore also be worn well as an everyday fragrance such as at work. In addition, he has a clean note and makes a clean impression, hence my comparison earlier with a fabric softener.
As I said, the fragrance has its weaknesses and will not win any prizes, but you can find him again and again cheap and thus he is worth a look. Just like the Escada fragrances mentioned earlier,... quite fine, although perhaps quickly condemned to oblivion, but still quite nice.
