Out of ordinary pistachio scents

On mouillette, it comes off heavy and sweet, but on skin? A caress — a super soft cloud of pistachio and cocoa.
So far, I haven’t liked a single pistachio scent — it’s been a pretty tragic pistachio market for my nose...
But this one from LM? It’s creamy, with a hint of musk here and there.
Think: pistachio cotton candy. Not synthetic, not overpowering.
No trace of coffee at all.
I probably wouldn’t go for a full bottle, but I do like it!
If you’re into this kind of scent, definitely give it a try!

Gourmand Yes! Pistachio Scent? Rather No.

Pistachio is quite a nice gourmand. However, it should be noted that the pistachio note is only somewhat noticeable at first.
At least, that’s my personal impression! It’s a creamy, sweet pistachio note that quickly meets a portion of coffee on a date.
The coffee is, however, very sweetened, like a kind of latte with syrup from one of the well-known chains.

The scent starts, as already mentioned, with a sweet pistachio cream. Relatively quickly, the coffee note joins in. The coffee, as described above, resembles a kind of latte macchiato with syrup. Somehow, I also get slight Mancera Amore Caffé vibes. A bit of cocoa is also added.
It feels subtly spicy.

The longer the scent stays on the skin, the more the pistachio note completely fades away.
I find that this happens relatively quickly in general.
Additionally, a creamy sandalwood comes in along with a nice tonka bean.

So we have a nice gourmand here, although the name might be somewhat misleading.
I always imagine something different when it comes to a pistachio scent.

The scent lasts about eight hours on my skin, and the sillage is also quite solid.
However, it’s not a completely dominant gourmand that is constantly projecting.

Pistachio a la Bianco Latte/Eclaire

Artificial pistachio cream followed by slightly nutty creamy coffee cocoa powder or should I say powder. The drydown becomes very creamy, powdery, and beautiful.
The opening is a bit too intense for me personally - it reminds me of Lattafa Eclaire or pistachio plastic. It also has a slight marzipan note, which is not really my thing. Once the coffee joins in, it becomes slightly bitter and, in my opinion, wearable, and I find the drydown to be very beautifully creamy and rounded. On my skin, I clearly notice the coffee note, but on paper, it doesn't come through as much and remains rather monotonous. Gourmand pistachio fans will probably enjoy it.
