Unusual fougere

Nauge, on the other hand, has a completely different direction. Immediately green in the opening.
The green mix is very well balanced and it is difficult to recognise the individual notes, but to my nose there is a lot of chamomile, galbanum, mate, geranium and as soon as it begins to dry out a little, pine and a lot of labdanum which gives strength and base to the fragrance.
Good job on this fougere. Also liked.
This one is perhaps more masculine and absolutely usable all year round.

So Green

The opening in the immediate is vaguely camphorated, but then adds something sparkling, invigorating, thanks to the presence of ginger, flanked by green and balsamic tones characteristic of eucalyptus.

When the heart slowly heads, a sweet substrate comes out, thanks to gardenia, with its floral/fruity connotations, and chamomile, whose flowery side is appreciated more than its sugary infusion, all 'soiled' by mate in synergy with fenugreek, which acts as a bridge to the base and galbanum with its scent reminiscent of fennel.

At the base, the greenness comes back with Scots pine (not overdosed) and in addition to the aforementioned fenugreek, there is the resinous sweetness of labdanum, the earthiness that can come from oakmoss, and a fairly clean vetiver, whose hint of root (à la Terre D'Hermes) is more evident rather than mud and earth.

Wearing a green cloud

Nuage Vert, created by André Simon, is a unisex perfumery creation (more masculine for me) that expresses nature's oppositions. It opens with the fresh herbal notes of artemisia, eucalyptus, and ginger, which after a while, give way to a heart containing chamomile, galbanum, hyacinth, mate absolute, and geranium. Later on, the base provides a somewhat woody, earthy and slightly balsamic character that is nuanced by a combination of oakmoss absolute, fenugreek absolute, Uruguayan vetiver, labdanum absolute, and Scots pine absolute. Nuage Vert evokes the elusive green ray and inspires purity and awakening of the senses as it performs a transition from freshness to a seemingly "natural" richer scent.

Green clouds during thunderstorm

Green clouds, especially during thunderstorms, can indicate several things, mainly related to the presence of electrical activity and the type of cloud. In some cases, they can be associated with a violent thunderstorm or indicate the presence of elements such as frost in the atmosphere.

This methaporical image well expresses my personal feelings about this fascinating perfume.
Nerving and invigorating, earthy and leafy, erbaceous, camphorated and minty, this fragrance is the epitome of a life spent in green clearings and forests, rounded by hundred years trees, when you finally decide to leave the world behind.

NV by the young and surprising Andrea Rusce brings to my mind historical scents such as Creed Green Irish Tweed or Balmain Vent Vert, sharing the same timeless and adult profile.
It’s not easy to mix the most aromatic and angular notes in perfumery with a result like this.
NV manages to caress your nostrils with elegance and smoothness like rarely I experienced before, but at the same time makes the air fizzy and power-driven, as if there were thunders around you, conjuring vintage style with a contemporary twist.
Never screechy nor overpowering, this extrait the parfum is not intended to assault but rather to create intrigue and mystery.
A must for the true connoisseur.

Green inside the green

It is an amalgam of green notes almost indivisible from each other. I clearly perceive chamomile and mate, i really liked this combo, in addition to geranium and a pinch of galbanum. I like its evolution with this
transition to a drier green component given by the pine absolute/vetiver/labdanum. A very good work with a remarkable quality. Well done
