Summer Solstice...

Right now, when the days are often gloomy, stormy, and wet, and it begins to get dark around five, many long for the warmth of the sun. For that time which brings long brightness, when it can already get hot, but summer has not yet fully arrived. However, on the long evenings, it can still get quite cool. And when you sit outside, on the balcony or in the garden, the air often smells spicy and pleasant of grass, blooming shrubs, and the first ripening fruits, mostly currants and gooseberries. Their slightly tart aromas blend with those of the earth, the foliage, and the bark of the trees, with the various flowering plants and the "spicy" air.
Those scents, taken together, can even smell slightly peppery, as there are herbs that have a mild scent of this spice. Certain varieties of thyme, which grow particularly vigorously and can also bloom around the summer solstice. Or think of hyssop, which can spread very fine fragrances.
And now this time comes, at least olfactorily, in the form of this wonderful grass perfume. It is neither heavy and overwhelming nor too light. It contains the abundance of scents of a long, bright summer day and a pleasantly cool evening. A memory of the last midsummer time and an anticipation of the one to come.

Seductive Blackcurrant

A beautiful and "green" rose next to a blackcurrant plant after the rain.
The scent smells sweet-sour-sparkling (a bit green) to me.
Classically elegant yet modern at the same time.
Perfect in the spring or early summer. I can imagine wearing it on a slightly rainy day as well.
I find the bottle very elegant.
Price-performance is top.
