Here’s another review of a fragrance I bought this year. Wild Fruits by Mancera. Registered here as a women's fragrance. Whether that’s true is really hard to say with Mancera. Not only does this brand sometimes give inappropriate names, but it also makes strange decisions in categorization. This brand has only 4 registered men's fragrances here. Even the unisex fragrances are quite bold for a man. But especially when it comes to niche, I’m a fan of listing all fragrances as unisex, as many brands do. This one is clearly unisex, much more so than, for example, "Velvet Vanilla | Mancera." You could also wear the fragrance
So Blue without hesitation as a man. But with this brand, you can easily decide for yourself what you like. The range is very diverse and good, even if this brand doesn’t seem to be quite as popular here with many.
This Mancera is simply wonderfully uncomplicated and already spreads good vibes. I got the 120ml for half the price, which I definitely think it’s worth. I probably wouldn’t have bought it for 130 or 140 euros.
First of all, about the indicated twin "Silver Mountain Water (Eau de Parfum) | Creed." The DNA is quite similar, especially in the top note. This beautiful sharp blackcurrant is pleasing and goes strongly in that direction. Even though the Creed is already great, I felt something was missing in the creation, that certain something, especially for this price range. Here it smells as if you poured the Creed into Montale's "Soleil de Capri | Montale." There are happy vibes, a subtle hairspray note, and simply more fruitiness present. The citrus fruits are quite juicy and easy to like. Definitely a fragrance if you want something uncomplicated and not too complex, similar to its Montale counterpart. There’s also a nice fresh violet note that lightly swings in, along with musk.
A very modern and simple creation that you can wear anytime. The big highlights are rather absent here, but you simply spread good vibes that the masses will like. Compliments have already come, and this factor is very high with this one. Especially great for everyday moments when you don’t want to be "overdressed."
The performance is also quite good. It should last about 6 hours, and that with initially good sillage.
Overall, a great uncomplicated fragrance. A crowd-pleaser that is well-received. If you have Soleil de Capri, you don’t necessarily need this one. Those looking for fresh-fruity fragrances can test this one well.
