Barbershop Montale

Very different from most Montale's releases, Aromatic Lime has some kind of metallic and citric smell with a barbershop vibe.

Very different, may not be a pleasure to everyone. Lime and myrrh are the main players here.

Smells like Fougere Marines and Aoud Lime mixed. Deserves at least a try.

Not just lime!

I have a weakness for lime fragrances, particularly in the summer, and I must say that this is not your typical light citrus aromatic cologne.

Aromatic Lime is indeed aromatic, but the deep lime is surrounded by honeyed saffron and resiny myrrh. There's a luxury and a density here that I associate with other Montale creations.

And just as I have come to expect from Montale, Aromatic Lime has excellent lasting power. I recommend it for humid summer nights. It is refreshing, but still marvelously complex.
