I don't know where to start

it is fresh with a bit of sweetness. a bit woody and powdery

i'm disappointed! don't get me wrong. It is a mass appealing fragrance! smells pleasant and smooth and that is ultimately my problem with it. it is trying too hard to be anything but unique! it reminds a bit of a few other blue type of fragrances but i can't seem to wrap my head around which?

it should have been a bit more daring and of character but it sadly does not possess such traits. if we were to discuss the price, that price tag is shameful and unwarranted! there are so many other better alternatives in the endless blue fragrance range that seems to occupy the shelves of the designer world!

i like the bottle. it is quite elegant!

I May Be Biased...

So I'm reviewing this with my boyfriend in mind. I bought a sample of the 2021 formulation, he used it up, bought a full bottle, used it up, and now he owns the 2022 formulation (this one!).
Upon spraying I get fruity apple with the mandrin orange. There's also the powdery top notes of lavender and I'm assuming is the clary sage with the slightly earthy smell. It feels warm and inviting, especially on him since it's one of the two perfumes he owns so far because of me. The lavender sticks around for a long time making it calming to just smell casually.
The perfume is very warming and close to the skin smelling in my opinion. After a while obviously you'd have to get really close to smell the base notes of cashmere and patchouli. For me it feels like home on him. I found it to be a good perfume for pretty much anytime anywhere. I know it's a very synthetic smelling fragrance too but it's very clean smelling to me.

Remorse at the end

It should be a nice evening. The boys have asked if I want to go out again and it's been far too long since I've been out properly anyway. The clothes fit, sporty and casual. Everything else doesn't suit me anyway. Every attempt to dress more maturely has failed. Two splashes of Ralph's Club on my neck, public transport, the ride to my buddy's flat share. Greeting at the door, a blonde smiles at me in a friendly way. A little flat-share sit-in with a pre-glow. I don't know her, but I think she's great. Do I think she thinks I'm great too? There's a lot to be said for it. Hugs, kisses left and right. She smells great. Big city night, going out to party later. I grab a beer. The sweet note of Ralph's Club stings my nose with the first sip of beer and I imagine that the women love the scent. The blonde goes for a smoke. I stop smoking and follow her out onto the balcony, bumming a cigarette. The others are all talking, I make bad small talk, a few half-baked jokes. We stand close to each other and look into the distance. She says "You smell good". An hour or two later, I'm drinking my fourth beer. The mystical sweetness has evaporated, all that remains is intrusive synthetics. We go further into the club, the blonde has left in the meantime. The guys are standing around me. I'm drunk and dissatisfied, accidentally bump into a guy next to me, who pushes me back. A clear thought. I have to end this tragedy and collect my jacket from the checkroom. Outside the door, I deny myself a cigarette. I don't actually smoke. Actually, I don't like partying either. Subway ride home. I wake up in the morning with a hangover. Remorse, alcohol, guilt. I was a pushy guy with pushy perfume. My lungs are scratchy, I have to cough. The remnants of last night come up, I gasp for air. The remnants of Ralph's club squeeze through my nostrils as I inhale, so unsolicited and insensitive. I want to change, take a headache pill and get in the shower.

Solid all-rounder

So I don't think the Ralphs Club perfume is an innovation and doesn't blow you away when you smell it, but to be fair I have to say that it is a solid all-rounder that you can actually wear every day all year round, as it is quite simple and with its slightly synthetic freshness, which comes especially from the top notes such as apple and mandarin, but also from the slightly floral notes from the heart note and it is quite mild and can also be applied in a closed environment with its medium sillage. But to be fair, you can also find better alternatives in terms of price.

I think it's a shame that...

... a brand like this is trying to re-enter the market with a flanker of a fragrance that, while not outstanding, is at least average. That went more than just wrong with this one. What a shame.

When you apply this fragrance, the first thing you get is a synthetic apple in the nose that combines with citrusy and spicy accords. A little later, floral notes mix in. He then tries to add patchouli and vetiver to give this fragrance a masculine touch by trying to make it dark and dry. Doesn't quite work out that way.

The durability and silage are average.

Here we have a fragrance that would like to be a gentleman's perfume but is not. You can wear it at any age. It is an all-rounder that can be worn all year round. It can be worn at school, at university, in the office (even in a suit) or simply in your free time, it is so inconspicuous to almost boring that you neither stand out nor attract attention and is therefore simply not really suitable for the evening. But anyone who wants to wear it can definitely do so. The ladies can also try it out if they want to.

If you like a synthetic apple with a citrusy, spicy floral scent, this is the right fragrance for you, as far as you want to be bored. I think the price is exaggerated. Too bad they can do better.
