A cool fruit, very manly
At first their notes did not attract me in excess, but as I was promoting, I took a chance. I thought it would be a sweet fruit fragrance for summer, because no, it's a fresh, but classic aroma, a real surprise.
The grapefruit and a touch of acidulated plum, are the protagonists of this output, but far from being the typical sweet and fresh fruit notes, they feel acid and rough, it is an astringent aroma, with a strong load of spices (pepper and caraway) and geranium, which modulate these sweet notes very well, and direct the aroma towards more classic courses. Then, all the notes decrease in intensity, less the fruity sensation, now the perfume feels a little more sweet and fruity. The accompaniment of the violet, contributes, to that fruity touch, the little sweetness that was missing at the beginning, but controlled very well by a cedar wood background. In this part, the perfume has nuances of the classic smell of barbershop, typical of those eighties perfumes. The final drying is, more or less, like the middle phase, but without the fruity note.
It is not a perfume that I have loved, but I have liked, especially because it is very well harmonized a classic aroma with fruity notes and sweet, and far from being the typical sweet and summery perfume, it is a fresh perfume, but with a very formal and elegant character.
I expected some more performance, but being an EDT and its low price, I can not criticize much, in my skin has been about 5 hours, the first half hour with a wake very noticeable, almost heavy, but after that half hour, it decays until moderate to dry, and then, quickly passes flush with skin.
Very versatile perfume, appropriate to dress in any season of the year, during the day, although it has enough body to be used during the summer nights.
If you like classic aromas, and you look for something different, it could be a very good option, and if you buy it for promotion, it becomes a very satisfying and more than correct perfume.
Sorry for my bad english.
