The perfect cherry!

Some here described the fragrance as a combination of the well-known cherry scent from TF and the AS from Kilian. I can only confirm exactly this impression.

A very successful exclusive fragrance from Xerjoff, which is convincing in its composition. For me, it's an almost perfect fragrance that I don't think can be assigned to any season. It is airy and heavy at the same time. It gets its airiness from the cherry note and a touch of sea breeze, which can also be found in "Join The Club - 40 Knots | XerJoff". There is also a wonderfully fuzzy cinnamon that rounds off the fragrance with a rum-like booziness.

It smells like a delicious alcoholic drink that you would want to consume on an antique yacht with a cigar.

Delicious cherry, slightly smoky and tipsy

Yacht Club de Monaco, yes, I had it on my list for a long time.
At some point I ordered a bottling and recently I got around to testing it.
I approached the fragrance with an open mind and hadn't read or even looked at anything about it beforehand.

What were your impressions of the fragrance? First of all, I actually noticed a delicious, fruity cherry right away.
In the background, however, I also immediately sensed something slightly alcoholic and woody.
The cherry is then relatively quickly enveloped by a pleasant, smoky veil.

Over time, the cherry became a little less fruity.
But it was still there.
A pleasant, spicy character emerged. This harmonized perfectly with the cherry and the slightly alcoholic and smoky impressions.

After researching, I was apparently not completely wrong.
According to Xerjoff, the main players are apparently cherry, incense and rum. Fits, I can sign it like that.

The performance was generally a little weaker for me compared to other fragrances from this brand. Who knows whether this is really the case or whether my nose is simply playing tricks on me.

Mon Cherie at the Yacht Club of Monaco

The first impression is spicy and sweet and reminds me of Casamorati - Dolce Amalfi Eau de Parfum. Then, unfortunately, a very high-percentage alcohol note comes through briefly, which I don't like so much, but can only be smelled close to the skin.
As it progresses, the fragrance is reminiscent of some good old acquaintances, e.g. the heavenly Angels' Share, the sweetly seductive Khaltat Night Eau de Parfum and the wicked Lost Cherry Eau de Parfum.
It seems as if all the boozy, spicy, oriental-sweet, luxurious gourmands have met up with a box of Mon Cherie at the yacht club in Monaco and are now competing with each other to create a delicious and seductive fragrance.
I like it, except for the overly strong alcohol note.
I interpret the following notes in the fragrance pyramid:
Winter apple, cinnamon, cardamom, whisky, cherry, caramel, tobacco, vanilla, tonka bean.
Sillage and longevity are okay, but not outstanding.
The fragrance is unisex and not too Christmassy, so I would wear it at any time of year.

Essence of the YCM

The fragrance reveals an impressive blend of cherry and incense.

I find the sillage very successful. The fragrance is not too overpowering, but still has a really good longevity of certainly 6+ hours. The combination of fruity and spicy, smoky notes makes it a great choice for spring or probably summer evenings (unfortunately I haven't been able to test it yet).

The name says it all - the fragrance is very classy and luxurious and captures the atmosphere of the YCM very well. This certainly influenced the shopping experience on site, but can also be felt here in Germany.

All in all, a really successful exclusive fragrance, which is certainly a unique fragrance due to its limited edition.
