An elegant rose-patchouli with fresh tea note
The most delicious jammy rose patchouli. It has a warm, rounded, honied quality, with the most yummy patchouli and vetiver lending a dark and sexy quality. I agree with the reviewer below, all of the other notes in this composition are there purely to add depth to the main characters, and do not shine as such on their own. The jasmine and tea notes bring relief to the composition, preventing it from becoming too heavy or jammy.... this is not a heady and intoxicating perfume, it retains a character of lightness, cleanliness, and elegance whilst being undeniably rouge, sensual and romantic. You could definitely wear this as a day-to-night scent, though perhaps not at work! I won't lie, it makes me want to sell my bottle of Le Fille de Berlin because this kind of jammy geranium-rose suits me a lot more.

The most well balanced rose-patchouli I’ve encountered
As an avid lover of rose, I expected to like this one. But tbh, I think I’ve fallen in love. The scent bubble this leaves around me is absolutely hypnotizing and I’m constantly thinking about wearing it.

RV is arguably the most well balanced rose-patchouli scent I’ve come across. And when I say well balanced, I mean 50% rose, 50% patchouli. While I do get the other notes in this composition, they are there to support the main characters, and they do so in the best way possible. I get a lot of the jasmine and the vetiver here, but the tea and pepper add a gently spicy/aromatic touch and the jasmine add a sensual softness. It’s so well blended and has a smoothness to it that makes it feel rich and expensive. If silk had a scent, I would imagine it to smell like this. While the composition feels simple, it’s rather interesting and keeps me wanting to inhale more and more of it.

This is a wonderful floral for the cooler weather and the early spring, and gives me romantic vibes. It could be one for work if applied lightly, but I see this more for date night or more sexy occasions. Right now, I have a 30 ml decant of it, but I will most definitely upgrade to a full 125 ml bottle of it when the time comes. Idk why this one doesn’t get more attention of all the Les Vestaires line from YSL.

Fantastic rose
I discovered this perfume today at the Printemps Boulevard Haussmann in Paris.

a great discovery, before smelling it I was worried because the seller announced a rose perfume and I am rarely a fan of this type of fragrance.

but this one is different the smell of rose is different and light it combines very well with other elements, it is a rather feminine perfume perfect for mid-season.

it is neither heady nor bewitching but rather classy, elegant and refined, it restores its letters of nobility to the rose.

too feminine for me to buy it but I'm putting it on the wishlist for Madame's collection

Pure Elegance
An amazing combination of tea, rose, and patchouli. The tea adds lightness and freshness, preventing the composition from becoming too heavy, as often happens in many other perfumes with this combination. The rose is very beautiful here. Autumnal, but not grand, rather somehow cheerful. The fragrance is beautifully composed, and the bottle is lovely.

A truly solid offering in a sea of roses. Green, jammy with a little pepperiness. Rather grounded for such effortlessness.

It's quite nice, but I would prefer the "For Her EdP" since this one can't decide between rose and patchouli.

Sexy rose-patchouli scent with depth for the confident woman.
Deep red velvet describes it perfectly.
The perfect fragrance for a red dress.

Deep red rose, little iris, beautiful earthiness (patchouli/vetiver well represented). Very elegant + feminine, screams for blood-red lips!

The scent is sticky-sweet and very synthetic. The rose is barely noticeable. I love YSL fragrances, but Rouge Velours disappointed me.

The top note reminds me of the smell of clothes from the dry cleaner. Synthetic patchouli rose. Narciso For Her is the base.

Jasmine and tea in the foreground. Rose and iris are subtly present, rounding it off beautifully. A more elegant, slightly masculine alternative to TF Jasmin Rouge.
