1001 Nights..Desert Dream..
During my stay in Paris, a visit to Memo was, of course, a must. I was eager to test Memo Odeon, which can only be purchased directly from Memo's homepage or at Memo in Paris..
So how does Odeon smell.. In short, like 1001 Nights.. I have a favorite restaurant in the desert, about 45 minutes from Dubai.. As soon as I spray it on, I find myself there immediately.. Before entering the interior of the restaurant, which is located outside under the open sky, you follow an oriental carpet runner. On the sides, there are small shops with spices and the best dates I have ever eaten.. Fresh and juicy, with an incredible aroma.. Sweet as if they were sprinkled with sugar.. The scent of fresh sweet dates and oriental spices is captured so well in Odeon.. At the same time, the fragrance is dark and mysterious.. 1001 Nights captured in a bottle..
The candied dates are very present, while tonka bean and sandalwood soften it a bit.. A very dark, velvety rose stands like a queen in the middle of the desert in this oriental dream fragrance..
For me personally, it’s a touch too masculine, which is why I didn’t buy the fragrance in Paris, even though my husband found it very, very attractive on me.. In short, a very appealing, very dark but velvety oriental that is 100% unisex, although I personally see it more on a man..
