The direct comparison between DUA and the BR540 Extrait de Parfum.
This is about the direct comparison of Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait de Parfum and "Dark Casino Royale Nights | The Dua Brand / Dua Fragrances". With both, you immediately notice an extreme sweetness, cotton candy, and a hint of dentist. I would really say they are 90% the same. My girlfriend couldn't smell any difference at all. I was very surprised, as I never thought they would be so similar.
But now let's get to the differences. The Dua is really 30-40% stronger and feels like a mega extrait. It is significantly louder and projects much stronger. The BR540 is already a serious showstopper with extreme performance, but in comparison to the Dua's opening, it almost seems like a weakling. This makes the Dua even sweeter and smells like wet sugar with a slightly cooling note.
After about 2 hours, the Dua settles a bit and smells really 95% like the BR540. The latter may come across as a bit more elegant due to its lower concentration, BUT no one in the world would notice that, as they would have to go directly to the spot where the fragrance was sprayed. In a daily situation, I believe the scents are absolutely identical; only the Dua has better performance and lasts 2 hours longer.
If both fragrances were the same price, I would actually buy the Dua. With this one, two sprays would carry me through the entire day. If you prefer something a bit more discreet, you might want to avoid this Dua powerhouse :D For everyone else, I can say that this is the best Dua clone I know, at least in terms of authenticity.
